"Maestra: A Powerful CRM Marketing Tool Backed by Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Maestra?

Over the past year, Maestra has become one of our core tools for working with our existing customer base. We've been using it extensively for customer reactivation, audience segmentation, and building automated communication flows. The platform makes it easy to test new ideas and create additional touchpoints throughout the customer journey without adding unnecessary complexity.

I'd also like to highlight the support team. They're knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. They don't just answer technical questions, they work with us to improve our sequences, campaigns, and segmentation, often suggesting approaches we hadn't considered.

For us, Maestra is much more than an email marketing platform. It's a powerful CRM marketing tool that helps us build stronger relationships with our customers and bring them back at the right moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"How We Improved New User Activation with Maestra"
5/5
What do you like best about Maestra?

What I like most about Maestra is how it helps us run CRM in a more structured, data-driven way with a clear focus on performance. For our team, it was especially valuable during onboarding and activation, when we needed to guide new users through key steps based on their actual behavior rather than relying on static rules.

The platform enabled us to build dynamic segments, pick the right timing and channel for communication, and test different approaches through A/B testing. As a result, it became easier to see where users drop off, improve campaign performance, and tie our CRM activities to measurable business outcomes.

I’d also highlight the onboarding support. The Maestra team helped us navigate the platform, ask the right questions, and look at our scenarios more broadly, which made the implementation process more practical and focused on results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maestra?

The main area for improvement, in my view, is the UX/UI of some parts of the platform. As with any complex product, some workflows require time to get used to, and certain interface elements could become more intuitive over time.

At the same time, this does not feel like a major blocker, because the Maestra team is actively working on improvements. We have seen that updates are released regularly, and the platform continues to evolve based on user needs and feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Maestra: Practical, Easy to UsPractical and Efficient, but Some Features Feel Overloadede, and Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Maestra?

Maestra: Practical, user-friendly, efficient, though some features seem cluttered and it operates quickly.

What I appreciate most about Maestra is its practicality, intuitive user experience, and efficiency, which make it quick and convenient to use. I would also like to thank Sergio F. for his support from the Maestra side, especially for helping with campaign launches and providing technical assistance. Practicality, ease of use, and speed. "Professional, Responsive Team and a Powerful, Flexible Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Maestra?

What I like best about Maestra is the team behind it. They are highly professional, responsive, and always ready to support in any situation. Their enthusiasm and client-oriented approach make a big difference in day-to-day work.

At the same time, the platform itself offers extensive functionality that can cover a wide range of business needs, making it a very powerful and flexible solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maestra?

One of the challenges with Maestra is that it offers a very wide range of functionalities, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. The level of flexibility and creative possibilities is extremely high, and without clear structure or priorities, it may slow down decision-making or execution. "The most professional and responsive customer support. Highly recommended."
5/5
What do you like best about Maestra?

Maestra has been helping us launch CRM marketing from scratch — from building the customer database to managing and activating it.

What I value most about Maestra is their client service. The team consistently guides us in the right direction, providing strategic CRM expertise and hands-on support in managing everything — from development to design.

They also helped us successfully advocate for launching a loyalty program within our company. While we haven’t launched it yet, we’re already on the way, and I’m really looking forward to bringing it live soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maestra?

The customer and action filters are quite complex, but thanks to the support team, this issue gets resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Support and a Flexible, Well-Documented API"
5/5
What do you like best about Maestra?

What I like most is the support: it really feels like we’ve built a great team with our account managers, and we’re always able to resolve even the most complex technical issues quickly.

As for the platform itself, we’re deeply integrated with it both through native integrations and via the API. The API is well documented and easy to work with.

What especially stands out is how quickly Maestra implements new methods and endpoints specifically for our needs — I’ve honestly never seen this level of flexibility before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maestra?

The interface is not the most user-friendly, and sometimes I need to reach out to the account managers to resolve technical issues. In my case, that’s partly because, as a technical specialist, I don’t interact with the platform on a daily basis.

That said, I think it’s understandable when dealing with such a complex professional tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong partnership with room to grow together"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Maestra?

One of the things we appreciate most about Maestra is the level of account management support. Our account manager is consistently involved, helpful in troubleshooting, good at recommending solutions and easy to work with . For a small-medium business with a lean marketing team and limited technical resources, that hands-on support has made a huge difference in helping us execute lifecycle strategies we couldn't tackle on our own. The broader support team has also been responsive and quick to resolve issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maestra?

We're roughly 8 to 10 months in since migrating to Maestra, and we have encountered a number of technical bugs during that period. That said, the team has been responsive and collaborative in addressing them, but it's an area we hope will stabilise as the product matures. We'd also love to see more self-serve documentation - courses, FAQs, and set up guides similar to what some of the bigger players like Bloomreach, Klaviyo and Karte offer. While we're grateful for our account manager's support, having those resources would give us more independence on day-to-day tasks like setting up flows and pop-ups. "Fast, Reliable Support for ASAP Situations"
5/5
What do you like best about Maestra?

The best thing Maestra provides, beyond its core service, is its ability to respond quickly to ASAP situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maestra?

Sometimes there are mismatches between the working hours of the client’s company and the Maestra manager, which can lead to minor delays in response. However, this is not critical at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"More than just a platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Maestra?

Exceptional "White-Glove" Service: Unlike many Enterprise platforms where you are left with just documentation, Maestra provides a dedicated Success Manager who acts almost like an extension of your own team. They help with the technical heavy lifting, which is a lifesaver if your internal dev resources are tight.

Seamless Data Consolidation: Maestra excels at creating a Unified User Profile. It aggregates data from web, mobile apps, and offline sources effectively, allowing for highly personalized marketing without manual data cleaning.

Intuitive Visual Workflow Builder: The drag-and-drop "Flows" interface is very user-friendly. Setting up complex multi-step journeys (e.g., Email -> Push -> In-app) is straightforward and doesn't require technical expertise once the data is flowing.

Flexible and Competitive Pricing: Compared to legacy players like Braze or Salesforce, Maestra offers much more flexibility in their pricing tiers, making it accessible for growing businesses with multiple apps or domains.

Native AI Capabilities: Their "Best Time to Send" and predictive segmentation features work out of the box, helping increase engagement rates without constant A/B testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maestra?

Initial Setup Complexity: While they provide great support, the initial integration of the CDP (Customer Data Platform) layer can be time-consuming. You need to be very clear about your data mapping early on to avoid rework.

Documentation Depth: Because they rely heavily on their support team to guide you, their public-facing technical documentation is sometimes less detailed than "self-service" platforms like OneSignal or Klaviyo.

Learning Curve for Advanced Features: While basic flows are easy, the more advanced logic and custom payload configurations for mobile push can take some time to master for non-technical marketers.

Smaller Integration Ecosystem: While they cover the "Big Ones" (like Amplitude or Shopify), they have fewer third-party "one-click" integrations compared to global giants, though their API usually compensates for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Support, Great Documentation, and a Flexible API for Multi-Market Needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Maestra?

We’re still in the middle of a full implementation, but a few things have already stood out in a very positive way. To start, the Maestra team offers strong, responsive support—our technical questions are answered quickly, which is crucial for a classifieds platform like ours, where data flows and integrations can be complex. The documentation is also comprehensive and well organized, which makes it easier to roll out new features consistently across our different markets. Finally, the API is impressively flexible. It lets us build custom technical solutions that match the specific needs of a classifieds business, including syncing listing data, user behavior events, and segmentation logic across multiple regional platforms. For a multi-market operation, that level of flexibility is essential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maestra?

The onboarding process requires significant time and technical resources, which is expected for a platform of this complexity, but can be challenging for teams without dedicated developers. Some interface elements are not fully intuitive and have a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
