**What do you like best about MadCap Flare Online?**

I like the feature to manage hosted sites, vanities and URLs. You can easily switch sites on and off literally with the flick of a switch. Being able to exclude them from search engine results is cool for commercailly sensitive content. The analytics section is helpful to identify popular pages. Generally these modules compliment the desktop app. The reviews part is great to have collegues review work.

**What do you dislike about MadCap Flare Online?**

Some seems like a lightweight, worse version of the desktop app so it is not worth using over that, in my set up anyway. The tasks section is a bit gimmicky and there are other tools available that do a better job.. I find it frustrating that only SME users can be included in reviews. It means only a veery small number of people are able to see before it gets published.

**What problems is MadCap Flare Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I see this as a complementary sidekick to the desktop application - it is great for review packages, managing users/groups and setting up sites. That way I can host new versions of online help and share the URL with development teams who could integrate it into the application. I find it to be very reliable and secure with the whitepaper explaining the infrastructure which I was able to share with architects in my organization. Since this is included with the licence it doesnt matter if you use all the features. It is a nice little tool overall
