What do you like best about Macorva?

Macorva seamlessly integrated with our salesforce instance to provide a streamlined way to generate surveys to consented patients via email and text. By doing so, we increased survey responses by 75%. For survey responses that were negative, we enabled communication to the person's manager for coaching opportunity. Macorva provides an infrastructure that makes it simple to understand your customer's feedback in a timely fashion. What do you like best about Macorva?

My team and I recently implemented Macorva with an initial lens on Employee Engagement Surveys and Performance Management. We are thrilled with the ease of use, support from the Macorva team, and the amount of time people leaders have saved by leveraging the AI feature, particularly for end of year performance reviews! What do you dislike about Macorva?

Macorva is not able to do everything "off the shelf" that you may need, but the team has ALWAYS found a workaround as well as committed to partnering with their internal Engineering Team to make it a permanent offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Macorva?

The personalized service we were given once it was determined how our surveys needed to operate as well as the continued check-ins with our manager to make sure everything was going well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Macorva?

At the beginning, the service was a bit diffucult to use and understand. It didn't quite work for our company the way it needed to. Once we communicated our issues with a new case manager, he was able to get us changed over to a different kind of service to make it work so much better for us.
