"Simple, Affordable, and Easy to Adopt Lusha Delivers Solid Outreach Data"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lusha?

What I liked about Lusha is that it has a simple UI and UX. Compared with Apollo and Zoom Info, I find Lusha much easier to use, to the point that even a rookie on the team or a fresher can understand it quickly, whereas Apollo and Zoominfo still feel more complex.

On pricing and overall performance, I can say that at its price point Lusha is quite affordable. When we compared license pricing with Apollo and Zoom Info, Lusha worked well for us. We used Lusha earlier, around 2 years back, especially when the sales team wanted more successful outreach with better data, intent, and proper signals. At that point, the sales team started using Lusha more actively.

Later, as the team grew bigger, we felt the data available in Lusha was a bit less compared to Apollo and Zoom Info, so the organization needed to shift to Zoom Info and Apollo. Now, half of the team uses Zoominfo for its AI intelligence features. We generally use the tech stack feature, which makes our pitch more refined what we should say to the prospect and which software we should reference as the basis for our conversation or client call. The AI intent signals through artificial intelligence also help us recognize current hiring, initiatives, and the org chart feature helps us understand the current structure of employees. That gives us more information to work with.

For integrations, when we had Lusha we integrated it with Salesforce. The benefit at that time was being able to integrate and see the pipeline directly in our Salesforce dashboard. Lusha connects to CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, and using that feature we made sure to capture all relevant contacts. We could create a list in Lusha and then push that same list directly into our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring proper tracking and maintenance of each and every record.

One more AI feature I want to mention is that it helps in creating automations by automations I mean scheduling emails and tracking campaigns for support and onboarding. Our onboarding and team support experience was good, quite efficient and helpful. After procurement of licenses, they conducted onboarding sessions, helped us understand the product in more detail, and showed us how to make the best possible use of the software to ensure the best ROI from it. Overall, it was a great buy for us and helped us get good data, and we still have ongoing client business from it that continues to help us grow each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

The main feature I can say I dislike about Lusha is that it doesn’t offer an inbuilt dialer where you can view and dial the number in real time. You have to use additional software just to make calls, which makes the work more hectic and time-consuming. Having an integrated dialer would have been a top-class offering and the cherry on the cake. Also, many times when you load a large list, the UI freezes, which can cause problems. Apart from that, I haven’t seen any major issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A must to make tool for B2B salesperson and SDR!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lusha?

Easy to use and extract information from linkedin with the chrome plug in. It also allows us to choose to extract email address or contact number. Also the contact number and email address are accurate 80% of the time. I am also able to manage the team usage by allocating the no. of lusha credit to different members of the team and monitor their usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

Email extracted might not fully accurate and data might be not available for most contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Databases and Swift Connectivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lusha?

I use Lusha for finding phone numbers and emails of prospects, and its accuracy stands out to me. I have almost never found an incorrect phone number shared by Lusha, maybe 1 in 50 is wrong. This gives me confidence that I am calling the right person, which is crucial as a recruiter. It saves me so much time since people on LinkedIn often take 3 to 5 days to reply, but with Lusha, I can contact them instantly. Also, I switched back to Lusha due to its authenticity, accuracy, and larger database compared to Eazyleadz. And I love the UI, it’s just great. The initial setup was pretty easy, I’d rate it a 4 out of 5. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

Sometimes, I am not able to find contact details for about 20% of the contacts. If I want the numbers of 10 candidates, I can only get 7 or 8, and those remaining 3 might be the most relevant. Not being able to find the numbers for everyone is a drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Vanda Lerner of Lusha

Thank you for the kind words!

It's great to hear that Lusha's accuracy is giving you the confidence to call the right person — that's a core promise we take seriously. We're aware that coverage gaps exist for certain contacts and are actively working to expand our database. Thanks for switching back to us!

"pipeline accelerated"
4/5
What do you like best about Lusha?

What I like most about Lusha is how accurately and quickly it helps identify the right decision-makers without wasting time on outdated or irrelevant data. The platform is extremely user-friendly, and the Chrome extension makes prospecting seamless during daily workflows. It has significantly improved outbound efficiency by providing reliable contact information and reducing manual research efforts. I also love how well it integrates into the sales process, helping teams focus more on meaningful conversations rather than data gathering.Lusha stands out for its ease of use, clean interface, and pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

While Lusha is highly effective overall, there are occasional instances where contact data is outdated or incomplete, especially for smaller organizations. Credit consumption can also feel slightly high during large-scale prospecting campaigns. Additionally, deeper filtering and AI-driven intent insights could further improve targeting accuracy and make the platform even more powerful for enterprise sales teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Vanda Lerner of Lusha

Thank you, Dharya! We're delighted Lusha is accelerating your pipeline and that the Chrome extension is making daily prospecting seamless for your team. Your suggestion about deeper AI-driven intent insights is something we'd love to see submitted on our UserVoice page — it's the best way to get it in front of our product team: https://lusha.uservoice.com.

"Simple Interface for Fast Access to Contact and Company Details"
4/5
What do you like best about Lusha?

I use Lusha to find business contact information and research potential prospects for outreach activities. What I like most is its simple interface and the ability to quickly access contact and company details without spending too much time on manual research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

The credit limits can be restrictive for frequent users, and occasionally some contact information may not be fully up to date. Apart from that, the platform is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Vanda Lerner of Lusha

Thank you for the kind words. A simple interface and fast access to verified contact and company data is what we aim for — it's the data layer underneath the workflow, not the workflow itself.

On credit pacing during heavy use, we hear you. It may be worth a look at our pricing plans — there might be a tier that fits your usage better — and our support team can walk you through the options.

Thanks,

"Solid Data Accuracy, But Pricing Concerns"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Lusha?

I like Lusha for its ability to qualify outbound leads efficiently. The focus on quality lead generation is crucial for our sales, ensuring that our deals close and other outreach efforts are highly targeted. The data is good enough, letting us save time, as we don't need to use multiple tools or processes for verifying accuracy. This time-saving aspect helps us strategize other accounts, which is very valuable for anyone in sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

One thing that bothers me about using tools like Lusha is that they're not a single point of contention; I still have to use multiple tools. Also, the pricing based on credits can be a pain. Like, if I verify an email address, I use up credits, and if the team scales, that gets even more challenging with pricing and reliability. Lusha doesn't always provide accurate numbers, and for clients outside the North American region, getting verified phone numbers can be tough. So I end up needing second or third-party tools, making the primary tool's pricing seem less sensible. There's also a steep learning curve and the tutorials available aren't really good, which was a minor inconvenience for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable LinkedIn Contact Data Fast—Accurate Emails, Direct Numbers, and a Simple UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Lusha?

What I like best about Lusha is how reliable it is for pulling direct phone numbers from LinkedIn profiles, especially when I need accurate contact details quickly. It consistently helps me get past generic company lines and connect with the right person directly, which saves a huge amount of time. I also really value how accurate the email addresses are — I’ve found that they rarely bounce compared to other tools.

Another big plus for me is the grading system that shows how likely an email is to deliver. That confidence score makes it much easier to prioritize outreach and focus on the contacts that are most likely to convert. On top of that, the interface is simple and easy to use, it integrates smoothly with LinkedIn and CRM workflows, and overall it just feels dependable. It’s a tool I can trust when I need high-quality data fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

What I dislike most about Lusha is that the data coverage can sometimes be inconsistent, especially for smaller companies or more niche roles. There are times when phone numbers or emails simply aren’t available, which slows down prospecting and forces me to rely on alternative tools. While the accuracy is generally strong, occasional outdated numbers or incorrect direct lines can still happen, and even a small number of inaccuracies can impact outreach efficiency and credibility.
