What do you like best about Lumin Digital?

Lumin Digital is always striving to enhance their products and services. As early adopters of their online banking platform, we've been able to expand our capabilities in line with the new offerings they introduce. Whenever we bring a challenge to their attention, they respond with either a suggestion for a partner vendor or an improvement to their own products. Over the past 18 months, we've rolled out new product lines with them, including digital cards, a fraud monitoring system, and we're currently working on a bill pay upgrade. Each of these implementations has come with dedicated project managers, clear timelines, regular update meetings to keep us informed, and ongoing support teams after launch. The Lumin Analytics reporting system has also played a key role in helping us make strategic decisions and better understand how our products are being used.

Lumin's support services and ticketing system is above average. The response times are fast, communication is consistent, and the staff finds the solutions to our issues. The staff at Lumin present a weekly update to users for the release notes. This provides the users of the products the ability to see the changes and ask questions. What do you dislike about Lumin Digital?

At times, getting a quick resolution can be challenging when an issue or outage involves a third party that Lumin needs to coordinate with on our behalf, such as with mobile deposit or Yodlee. What do you like best about Lumin Digital?

I really like that Lumin Digital is always trying to improve their own product. They're very open to discussing issues their customers have. They have a great way to process issues and in turn use that process to better their product, enhancing both our experience and the experience of our credit union members. It's also amazing how our call center uses their back office tools, which are very helpful in guiding our credit union members through their online experience. What do you like best about Lumin Digital?

Just about everyone at Lumin is friendly and ready to assist. The Support Team is one of the best I’ve worked with across any vendor; they are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping resolve issues.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with two different Account Executives. While their working styles differ, both have been consistently eager to assist whenever support is needed.

The platform itself is one of the best banking platforms available. I also bank with other credit unions in the San Antonio area, and the Lumin platform is far superior, even compared to larger institutions.

What do you like best about Lumin Digital?

The organization and communication on this project was top tier! We had weekly project meetings and periodic meetings for other specific tasks. For example, we had two meetings a week just to review testing items. They were so quick to jump on calls for troubleshooting and/or understanding something better.
