No ability to make reels of clips. I need to download clips, and make reels externally. Reels are a very valuable tool for sharing empathy.

It was really easy to register and sign up. I liked that when using it, I could input the most relevant format to user research without first putting it into word document etc. The customer service to do niche things with the analysis of the data was also fab and responsive.
