Logiwa IO is a great software that is incredibly powerful. beyond that, what impresses us the most is not the tool itself, but the service we get from the people who have made that tool and are always listening to ways to improve it. It's very stable, works all the time, never crashed on us once. The onboarding and transition from our older WMS was very smooth thanks again to great training from their personnel. Our staff in the warehouse are very pleased with how it works and how fast it is. It's very easy to use for our pickers and packers and training new staff takes a few days at the most. Their customer success and support teams have been amazing to work with during our implementation of Logiwa WMS in our warehouse. I cannot speak more highly of Alayna, Erdem, and the rest of their support team. They answer all questions and resolve all issues in a timely manner and make it a seamless experience all around! A lot of new customers I onboard have similar pain points: inventory. Logiwa WMS resolves 99-100% of those issues by real-time inventory tracking and updates that the customer can access. I really like the client portal side of things with Logiwa. The fact I can tell a potential new customer that they would have real-time visibility to their inventory and the autonomy to go in and place receipt & shipment orders is a great sales point. The interface is complex and somewhat difficult to learn, but that is only due to its sheer number of features. Most warehouses struggle with maintaining clean inventory records, so when I am onboarding a new 3PL client, they love the fact that they have real-time visibility to their inventory at the click of a button. It's very flexible software. There is almost always a way to accomplish your goal inside the software. The dropdowns are grouped oddly and it often feels like it takes an extra click or two to get to what/where you need. At the end of the day, it still gets the job done for us. WMS's have become less and less of a differentiator between 3PLs. Still no refund after terminating the contract. Onboarding process and training are both thorough and helpful. We never felt alone. We've transitioned over to live use and the customer service team never disappoints. The only downside is we sometimes feel 'nickel and dimed' when it comes to cost.
