It's very stable, works all the time, never crashed on us once. The onboarding and transition from our older WMS was very smooth thanks again to great training from their personnel. Our staff in the warehouse are very pleased with how it works and how fast it is. It's very easy to use for our pickers and packers and training new staff takes a few days at the most. **What do you dislike about Logiwa?** Some of the features like kitting are not as developped as others. but knowning at what speed they launch improvements, I'm sure what small bits that aren't as impressive as the rest of the software are going to be amazing **What problems is Logiwa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Logiwa for all our WMS, pick and packing, and shipping needs. Having their great support team makes it a lot easier though! **What problems is Logiwa solving and how is that benefiting you?** A lot of new customers I onboard have similar pain points: inventory. Logiwa WMS resolves 99-100% of those issues by real-time inventory tracking and updates that the customer can access. The interface is complex and somewhat difficult to learn, but that is only due to its sheer number of features. Even a pack station needs a licensed user to be logged in **What problems is Logiwa solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a 3PL Warehouse, we needed a solution that could integrate with our customer's ecomemrce stores and shipping platforms. The obvious need for a powerful WMS system was there, but we also needed a software that would make our jobs easier. OMS, WMS and Multi-carrier shipping system. **What do you dislike about Logiwa?** The feature that I think is very useful is the ability to create dynamic reports and forms as well as sending these reports to SFTP or via email. **What problems is Logiwa solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have frequent releases that fix some of the bugs and also include improvements based on their client feedback. The team is highly skilled in WMS and implementation, but this would be aided if they had boots on the ground. All of the support techs are great to work with and have a wonderful way of making you feel like they care about solving the issues that have arisen. **What do you dislike about Logiwa?** When you are using the WMS some things are not intuitive and can be confusing. I wish there were better resources to exemplify how to fill out import templates correctly and how to deal with the errors received when filling out the templates incorrectly. **What problems is Logiwa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Logiwa is making it easier to track our inventory and improving our productivity in our picking process. It's good in terms of costing and functions, and is every developing new processes to be better. **What do you dislike about Logiwa?** There currently isn't much built in reporting, but you are able to build ad hoc reports through a ticket at a nominal fee. The information is in there just not as readily as I would like. **Recommendations to others considering Logiwa:** The System is nimble but not 100% customizable, and that's how they keep the cost down. In the last year to 18 months, they've put huge efforts into their customer support and it has really shown both in terms of customer experience and the platform becoming stronger. **What problems is Logiwa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Logiwa to interface with our shopify store and fulfilling web orders. It has a large capacity, so the influx of orders on Black Friday last year was not an issue and it functioned without skipping a beat. We took demos of several WMS systems before locking on Logiwa, which has paid off well. They have allowed us to grow more than 50% MoM. Easy to use and train UI/UX, no frills! Training is super easy for associates as well as team leads. If you are a high-volume D2C Brand or Fulfillment company, I will most definitely recommend them. Team - Their Engineering, Support, and Account Management team is fantastic! Always available to help you out. These guys have the hunger to grow and want to see you succeed as well. **What do you dislike about Logiwa?** Nothing at all! Some issues do arise, but they are resolved immediately. The team is hands-on and takes your recommendations seriously. I think the bones of the software are very solid and I find it relatively easy to use. Logiwa has thought of a number of really useful things (like single item processing) that some customers new to fulfillment software may never think of but will benefit enormously from. **What do you dislike about Logiwa?** Some features are missing or don't work properly, such as setting declared values for international shipments. There have been glitches that took far too long to resolve. We've never been able to successfully set up and use the billing module which has made monthly invoice time extremely difficult. **What problems is Logiwa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wouldn't be able to run our operations at ll without Logiwa. The system works very well for standard, no-frills pick & pack operations. Our floor associates generally find the mobile processes easy to use. **What do you dislike about Logiwa?** The system can be fairly limiting for a 3PL. Most process configurations can only be done on a site-wide basis rather than client-specific. When change requests require development, they usually take a long time and it can seem like the Logiwa team is reluctant to offer a hard ETA. **What problems is Logiwa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our previous WMS was extremely restrictive for e-commerce operations. There were many miscellaneous and confusing steps. Our team has found the Logiwa processes easier to navigate and has therefore increased efficiencies. ### 36. The Dashboard could be a bit more useful. 2. It takes a little too many clicks to do simple changes. 3. UI can use a little attention. Overall Logiwa is great. **What problems is Logiwa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to track all sorts of inventory, from 1 single item to very large equipment. With Logiwa LP Labels it reduced our picking time and increased our inventory accuracy. ### 37.
