LinkFolks is an all-in-one HRMS built for growing Indian companies. It brings employee records and org structure, attendance and shift tracking, leave management, payroll, expense claims, documents and letters, policies and announcements, recruitment and onboarding, offboarding, and a helpdesk into one company workspace -- accessible from a web console and a mobile app for iOS and Android. Payroll runs calculate Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), professional tax, and TDS automatically, and every employee can view their own payslips anytime. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial: Basic covers core HR (employee records, attendance, leave) from ₹999/month; Pro adds payroll, expenses, and analytics; Enterprise adds recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, helpdesk, and two-factor authentication. Role-based access and permission checks are enforced on the backend for every request, and each company gets its own isolated data workspace.
