"Simple to Learn, Fast Responses, and Excellent Customer Success Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

The product is simple to use and easy to learn. The different support options are great - from online support, to resource articles and the Customer Success managers are great resources! Our CSM meets with me regularly and when I email, I get a response very quickly! While there are some minor improvements I feel could be helpful to the product, overall I am very satisfied with our choice and look forward to learning more as we progress on our Limble journey! What do you dislike about Limble?

I would say my biggest dislike would be the set up of the Corrective Maintenance tasks. I would prefer to be able to have one common instruction set to map to many different PM instruction sets. In order to make the CM tasks work properly I have had to trick the system by creating multiple CM instruction sets for each different PM instructions sets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Limble CMMS Streamlines Preventive Maintenance with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

What stands out most to me about Limble CMMS is how much it simplifies and strengthens our preventive maintenance process. It removes a lot of the human error that typically comes with manual tracking and makes it significantly easier to manage assets and stay on top of PM schedules.

Implementation was straightforward, and the support from the Limble team has been exceptional. They’re consistently responsive, every time I’ve reached out, I’ve received immediate, helpful answers. Their reliability and attentiveness make a huge difference in day‑to‑day operations.

Overall, Limble CMMS has made maintenance more efficient, more accurate, and far easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

In terms of downsides, I honestly don’t have many. Limble has been solid for my workflow, and nothing stands out as a major negative. The only feature I find myself wishing for is the ability to print asset labels that include the last PM date, the next scheduled PM date, and basic asset information. Having labels like that would make it easy to update assets right at the time of service and keep info visible at a glance.

Aside from that missing feature, I haven’t run into any real issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Limble is Awesome for Day-to-Day Use"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

I enjoy the organization my team and I get to utilize with our products. Having the right information for us, all on one page for each part, has helped us with reordering, locating, and using our various parts we have in our system. Along with the organization and data of our parts, we also utilize having detailed and necessary information for the various machines we use on a day-to-day basis. All of us use it every shift, it has become an essential and useful tool for our operations. Shout-out to Alex Doney for assisting us when needed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

Limble is great for our operations and tools, I just wish it was a tad bit more "detail" friendly with some of our operations. For instance, we have a system of products that we have to change out of one of our machines. With these products that we use, it is essential that we have detailed information of the traffic of each one. The traffic includes when it was sent out of our facility to another one that re-tools it into use once more, how many more times can we use the product, and when it is back in our facility along where it is (machine wise) in our facility (if it is being used or on the shelf.) Unfortunately, we tried to utilize Limble for this kind of documentation, but it just wasn't the right fit given there were so many screens you had to go through to find all of this information. The system we use now are simply excel spread sheets that have all of this data in one place, not various clicks and screens that are a bit too much for myself and my team to handle while they're trying to handle other work request tickets, maintenance calls on the floor, and other projects that they may have to complete. Limble does have options to have details and information listed, but like I said it isn't exactly the right fit for this type of operation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly CMMS with Robust Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Limble?

I find Limble very robust, user-friendly, and intuitive. The ease of use reduces the barrier to entry quite a bit, especially compared to some competitors that I reviewed thoroughly. Its onboarding process was very easy and allowed me to make it work for the unique factors of my facility, which was really helpful. They've designed the initial setup to be very intuitive by breaking it down into a six-phase process. They use AI or something similar to monitor progress and send helpful articles and guidance if needed, which I found really nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

I think my biggest gripe with Limble is that there's so much granularity in the system. You can really change quite a lot of things and dig in very deep. It does make it somewhat overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straigt foward software, good value for money"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

The software is straightforward to set up, use, and maintain. It has transformed our scheduled maintenance program thanks to its easy-to-use mobile app and intuitive interface.

The pricing is very acceptable and worthwhile for smaller companies as the cost benefit of the savings on maintenance out weighs the cost of the software. The support online is exceptional with frequent communications from Limble and continuous upgrades of the software. The app stability could be slightly improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

The interface on the mobile app could be improved as we often get errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Limble Makes Managing Assets, Work Orders, and PMs Effortlessly Centralized"
5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

I really enjoy how easy Limble makes it to keep all of our organization’s assets, work orders, and PMs in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

I really wish we had the ability to edit every email that goes out to our clients. Right now we can customize some of them, but not all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great CMMS Platform For Most Applications"
5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

The user interface on desktop is excellent, making navigation straightforward. There is mobile support available for both iOS and Android, which adds flexibility. Setting up recurring tasks is simple and intuitive. I also appreciate the implementation of tracking parts and costs. Additionally, the ability to create follow-up work orders directly from within a planned task is very convenient. Built-in QR code support is great for item-specific tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

To fully utilize the data linking features with PMs, you need to set up assets and their relationships in a very specific manner. If this setup isn’t done properly, you might run into issues where any changes to PMs force you to manually re-establish all the data links, especially when a PM is intended to be associated with multiple assets.

The lack of GIS or mapping functionality also makes it challenging to manage certain assets, particularly when field workers are required to travel off-site.

Additionally, the task list can become quite unwieldy if you have many recurring tasks assigned simultaneously, such as quarterly or yearly inspections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Truly Modern CMMS"
5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

Writing and managing work orders in Limble is as simple as using something like Instagram. It's incredibly easy to setup, manage, and train people to use.

It has been a great experience from start to finish and the after sales support you get is phenomenal. For instance, the people manning the live support chat always answer extremely fast and are super knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer to something, they actually research it and get you a real answer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

The metrics you can pull from Limble are great but I do wish that you could have a little bit more granularity when making reports or generating charts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Limble Is Easy to Use with Top-Tier Training and Helpful YouTube Videos"
5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

Limble is very easy to use, and the training for the software is top tier. I also really like that there are YouTube videos available, which makes it even easier to learn and reference when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

It takes a fair amount of time to set everything up, but I knew it would be that way going in. Once the setup is done, it makes everything easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
