Installation and configuration are completed in just a few minutes. The helpdesk service is extremely fast and efficient. Integration with Office365 is really easy, you can test it before going online. Bayesian engine reduce false positive in a significant way. The product is continuously improving. **What do you dislike about Libraesva Email Security?** I don't encounter any problems. Once you learn the interface, the operations are easy to perform. Also I like how emails are displayed when you are searching for them. I think generally the design is fairly intuitive. Customer support has generally been quick to respond and are usually quite helpful (depending who the person is) **What do you dislike about Libraesva Email Security?** We have had quite a few teething problems, there are some things that just straight up break with Libra which we weren't really made aware might be a possibility beforehand and some of them can't be fixed. (Outlook Tasks for eg) Sometimes the admin centre will randomly make you log in repeatedly as you are navigating around which is quite annoying. When I first discovered LibraEsva, I thought this was the goal of all my work: excellent design, a comprehensive and intuitive user experience, designed for multi-domain and multi-client management. It also includes many other security features: the ability to sign outgoing mail with DKIM (without having to configure the internal MTA), sandboxing for URLs and files, and the ability to remove active scripts from attached documents, easy to integrate with many mail system. But what I really appreciate is the detailed message view: I can see everything about an email, its delivery, and even whether it's not delivered (which is important). I can inspect the message header and help the client pinpoint the cause of delivery issues. Finally, their technical support is fast and effective. It was created by engineers and sold to us by engineer. Nothing I can't stand more is smarmy sale folk. Because Libra was demoed by engineers that use it, it sold us. I like the fact you can see a phishing e-mail that may get through, but then over the day, you'll see Libra realise and start to block all the newer ones that come in over the day. **What do you dislike about Libraesva Email Security?** Needs to be a lot more users guides. The support is really good when I raise a ticket but if they hired someone to sit down and do a lot of guides, then they'd probably get less tickets raised. I know some of my tickets are for stuff that should be a in a user guide.
