"Brilliant LMS utilising automation: turns customer & employee training into a seamless experience"
5/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

LearnUpon has been a great fit for us as a scaling SaaS company. We use it for both customer training and internal onboarding from a single portal, which has been really valuable. The HubSpot integration is best-in-class and the AI-powered course authoring tool has dramatically cut down the time it takes us to build and update content. The automation capabilities mean the platform largely runs itself once set up — customers are enrolled in the right courses based on their role, language, and lifecycle stage without any manual effort. Our CSM has been exceptional throughout, and the onboarding support meant we were up and running faster than expected. For any SaaS company that runs on HubSpot and wants training to feel like a natural extension of the customer journey, LearnUpon is hard to beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

The reporting can be a little unintuitive at times, and there are some gaps in what you can surface publicly, for example you can't display a user's company name alongside their course review, which feels like a small but noticeable miss. And while the price point is justified by the feature set, it is a significant step up from alternatives on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Setup, Strong Support Team"
4/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

LearnUpon LMS allows us to offer our members a centralized location to access educational opportunities, resources, and live learnings. What really sets this platform apart is the people behind the product; they are genuinely strategic business partners who care about our association and success. They're willing to lock arms and help us achieve the outcomes we're looking for. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and the implementation team made it a seamless process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

While the platform is very simple to use, it doesn't offer much customization. It would be nice to be able to configure or customize certain pieces a little bit more specific to our use case. The other thing is having a more robust forums feature that allows users of the platform to connect and engage with one another inside the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Efficient LMS with Room for Enhancement"
4/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

I really like LearnUpon LMS for its simple UX/UI. The admin features make it easy to manage, and I appreciate the automated content creation along with the integration capabilities with content libraries, HRIS, and SSO. The clean look and simple user experience stand out for me, especially since the layout is intuitive and uncluttered. This makes it ideal for our team members who don't frequently use the LMS, as they can navigate it without having to memorize where everything is. Plus, the initial setup was super easy. What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

Some of the backend admin features like learning journey creation and licensing modules down to sub-portals could be improved. I would like to be able to copy paste, drag and drop, and share checklists to sub-portals via licensing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LearnUpon?

I appreciate the quick responses from support when I have issues or errors. If I have a problem or if a user encounters one that I can't solve on my own, I can reach out to support or my Customer Success Manager and get a quick response. I also loved the setup experience. This was my 5th LMS startup, and it was the best and quickest one. I was able to set up LearnUpon LMS, create 40 courses, and import over 15,000 users with their previous completions in less than 3 months, which was impressive. What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

Multi portal reporting. I would like to run a report across all the portals that have different user data. I can run a report currently, but have to manually add the custom user data for three portals separately. Very time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Two Thumbs Up for LearnUpon"
5/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

I've been enjoying the quick responses, and how everyone is so attentive and ready to help. Getting used to a new system and setup can be dauting, but the LearnUpon crew (from setup to success teams after launch) have been vital to ensure a successful rollout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

Some of the setups could be a little more straight forward. There could be more options for structure, but I feel like much of that is to come! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Attentive Human Support, but Some Features Launch Before They’re Fully Ready"
3.5/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

The wildly attentive customer service. While it is currently building all the bells and whistles, the fact that you have an actual person, not a robot or phone line to wait on hold makes a huge difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

They often roll out features pre-maturely without essential features to make it effective. Example: Learning Journeys. You could add to a LJ, but then could not add a due date for the journey itself, you had to do it at the course level. That's not helpful unless it has fully functionality.

We would also love a better assessment system-- a way to follow up on course learnings 30 days later with both learner and their manager. Essential for proving growth in the corporate setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Efficient Course Creation with LearnUpon"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

Using LearnUpon to create courses is easy thanks to its straightforward design. The platform’s modules make it simple to organize content in a clear, step‑by‑step flow. Overall, building courses feels intuitive and efficient from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

One thing that I wish LearnUpon did, or looked at differently is the integration of Live, instructor led courses. It would be nice if an LMS could have live events, that might not need to be tied to a course, but could stand alone on their own. Additionally, if it's possible to save a color in the editor, so one doesn't have to constantly, manually, enter a HEX code, that would be soooo good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Central Hub for eLearning with Course Organization Challenges"
3/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

I like that LearnUpon LMS provides a central location for our employees and client courses. I also like the learning paths feature, and I'm interested in learning more about Create+. As an instructional designer, I create courses in Storyline 360 primarily. It allows us to provide an impactful eLearning experience. Additionally, the initial setup of LearnUpon LMS was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

Course organization is a big one. I’m having to clean up a portal that wasn’t organized well and it’s a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great onboarding and HubSpot integration, but reporting and UI/UX need polishing"
3.5/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

The onboarding process is really well organised and implementation team/customer support are extremely helpful. In terms of the LMS itself, I like the gamification options, the learning journey feature and the integration with HubSpot was simple and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

I think the reporting could definitely be imporved, certain aspects of the UI/UX feel clunky and overcomplicated - for example you can't carry out bulk actions against courses or users. Also we've had to use another course authoring tool because EasyGenerator and Coursera did not meet our requirements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly LMS with Great Support"
4/5
What do you like best about LearnUpon?

I like the LearnUpon LMS for its user-friendly interface and simplicity. Adoption within our organization has been really positive, and the learning team has easily got on board with it. The process of setting up learning courses and sending reminders and feedback is streamlined, which is great for reducing admin-heavy processes. I also appreciate the helpful integration with Google Meet for live training and Google Calendar. The support team has been helpful when we've needed to find workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

There's a few technicalities in our use case where we've had to find workarounds. We'd like certain functionality to be developed to make it a bit easier for us. We understand we have specific use cases and might be different from other organizations. But in some cases where it's maybe a widely experienced issue, we'd like to see some of these tweaks resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
