Other than having a clean audio which was the primary reason i bought Krisp, it also transcribes all of my meetings, captures detailed notes, and generates summaries when i needed to. I’ve been using Krisp for years, and I’m currently on an annual plan. It’s truly a must-have for a customer service agent like me who works from home. It’s very straightforward to use, and it reliably cancels background noise such as keyboard clicks, music, background chatter, and even raindrops. I also like how much Krisp has evolved. It used to be mainly for noise canceling, but now it includes many features as an AI Meeting Assistant. Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike because Krisp has been great for me. The only issue I’ve noticed is that if I’m already in a meeting, the Record Live feature becomes unavailable since the audio stream is already in use. It would be really helpful if Krisp could record and transcribe a specific browser tab or application while I’m in a meeting in another app. I know that’s a pretty niche use case, but it would make multitasking a lot easier. Honestly, it's a really great software so I don't have much for feedback. There have been maybe two or three times over the past three years or so I've been using it where the transcript just did not populate.
