It replaces spreadsheets, paper waivers, banking apps, group messaging, and grading notebooks with a unified system. The platform features a kiosk for automated attendance tracking, customizable grading systems, and Stripe integration for fee collection. Kozaru tracks attendance patterns, identifying students with declining participation to help instructors address disengagement. Daily summaries highlight students needing outreach. Families access schedules, belt progress, and fees via a mobile app installed through a web link, with push notifications for class openings. Text messaging is pay-per-use for non-app users. The software supports multiple training locations, attaches video clips to syllabus requirements, and encrypts records with individual keys. Student training journals are separately encrypted for privacy.
