Increasing the awareness of our employees as well as complying with mandatory training. We are also freeing up the helpdesk by using PhishER.

The verity of content. We briefly contracted with another company for cyber security training, and after the year-long contract switched back to KnowBe4 because we could not find enough relevant content using the other company to fit our training needs. Also, the support with KnowBe4 is terrific. Their help desk is responsive, and their account managers provide outstanding service.

I really can't think of anything at this time. Anytime I've had a complaint, it has either been addressed by my account manager or fixed with an update.

With the current threat landscape, cybersecurity training and simulated phishing are necessary for all companies. KnowBe4 saves us so much time by providing us with ways to automate our simulated phishing and cyber security training. You set up the campaigns, and they run themselves. The reporting function makes it easy to pull reports that are meaningful and show track records of results.

How you look at websites and emails, and it is solving the great issue of people providing information to phishing sites

Content, the flexibility of its delivery, and reporting are the best parts of KB4's training tool.

Online KB articles can be kept with times a bit better, but it is not a deal breaker. Their support team is knowledgeable and is always responding promptly.

It is addressing that weakest link issue, human error due to ignorance. We have had a dramatic reduction in users getting phished. Now, they can better identify malicious email messages and have a better tool to report them using KB4's PAB, phish alert button. This also helps with phishing simulation testing campaigns, PAB reporting is intercepted by KB4 and we never see individual reporting. Instead, KB4 is compiling a report for phishing simulation campaign results.

The ease of use and tracking ability and handsoff approach.

Nothing I can think of at this time as knowbe4 meets all my requirements.

All users are able to get training to help improve our security stance and limit our exposure.

The content is relevant and you can see and measure the progress that your staff are making as well as the company as a whole.

I think sometimes we become too dependant on the tool when perhaps a deeper discussion with some people may be required. This is not a problem with the tool itself, but it's very good and I feel like sometimes it masks some deeper issues with certain staff and their understanding.

It is allowing us to focus our attention in other areas as we are a small IT Security shop and we know the awareness training part of things is covered with a robust solution.

I particularly like the updated training modules and real-world examples. the content is clear and relevant and focused on current security risks, marking it easier to understand how to identify and avoid potential cyber threats in everyday work situations.

The training is informative, but it could benefit from more visual content and interactive activities because more graphics and real work simulations would make the material easier to absorb and keep users engaged.

There are some general assumptions made by every employee when it comes to security awareness and how it can be damaging to the organization, those suppositions are always overlooked and hence must be contained in a manner that they are followed as per company ethics and code of conduct.

Great support, very high-quality service. You can customize emails, and tailor training/phishing campaigns. Our KB4 rep is extremely helpful. KB4 is also extremely easy to set up and use. Very detailed instructions that are easy to follow. The service is set up and forget :)

Security compliance requirement along with annual security training

Ease of use of the system. The content is extremely detailed but also easy to follow. They provide a lot of extra content as well as important information to send out to all users to properly educate them.

I do believe they need to include a bit more content on some of the smaller levels of offerings they have. With SMBs, sometimes, regardless of how important security awareness is, they cant afford the Platinum level.

Security awareness across the board. Finding the users that need the most out of the training to ensure we protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and our customers data.
