KnowBe4 Phisher is the best phishing simulation platform I have used to date and we have used several. The training module is next to none as well. I can do campaigns in multiple languages. I can have multiple phishing scenarios launched in the same campaign, so staff don't all get the same emain and warn each other.

So far I have not found any big con to their platform.

It has been a great way to test the knowledge of staff and where more training needs to be focused.

Staff can click the button and do not have to clutter my inbox with suspicious emails.

I do now know of anything with PhishER that is not helpful. I am currently unable to take advantage of all features due to our antiquated infrastructure, but we are in the process of upgrading to get there.

My end-users are seeing real-life phishing attempts alongside the KnowBe4 templates to know that true bad-actors will do whatever it takes to trick them into taking their bait.

PhishER is helpful for identifying potential hackers. It is very informative about how one data leak can do alot of damage.

We just started with KnowB4 and haven't found anything I dislike yet. The initial 'secret' campaign did scare many people who reached out to us and we were unsure how to handle the mass questions.

We hope to educate our team on recognizing phishing/spear phishing emails. Overall cyber security education to help better protect the company and individuals.

The support and dedicated reps assigned to your account are fantastic from starting it up to periodically reviewing our account and helping us set up new features. The support is fantastic. There is a lot to set up at first to get this working smoothly but once set up it is very easy to maintain and make changes. Phish ER is a great product.

The back-end can be kind of tricky to set up. There are a lot of rules and templates that need to be created. Phish ER can take a little while to get used to how it all works. Although basic out-of-the-box set up can get you started quickly, there is a lot of fine-tuning you can do to make it work well for you and make most things automated.

Pish Alert combined with the PhishER solution, has enabled us to turn our users into human firewalls. When users receive a suspicious email, they report it using the Phish Alert Report button. The PhishER solution will perform an immediate analysis and classify the reported email as clean, spam/marketing, or threat. These classifications are configurable. When an email is classified as a threat, our help desk team receives an alert. When we see a flood of alerts, this indicates there is a high likelihood one or more of our users will fall victim. We can then review the threat in the PhishER platform and determine the next steps based on our incident response plan. We use PhishRIP to move the threat from users' inboxes. With Phish Alert, we relied on our users to report suspicious emails and qualified staff to analyze each email and give back 'clean/legit' emails.

Ease of end-user functionality with the Phish Alert button, this helps our end-users report suspicious emails with ease. The platform compiles multiple tasks when remediating phishing emails into one dashboard, this saves our IT staff time processing and remediating phishing emails. The PhishRIP feature saves time and resources with its ease of use as well. I save so much time utilizing the PhishER console! The metrics presented at the initial login dashboard are helpful to keep an overall view on reported emails, and help track trends in these emails. The integration with Virus Totoal has been extremely helpful as well. I always like to add that KnowBe4's support team goes above and beyond!

My only dislike is that sometimes I'm unable to use PhishRIP due to the missing matching criteria successfully, otherwise this is an amazing product!

If you need better time management when remediating phishing emails or need to implement some way for users to report suspicious emails, I couldn't recommend PhishER more. The account managers are a delight, and the support team is always accommodating if and when I need assistance with the product, which is rare. I highly recommend trying PhishER!

We're saving time with the Phish Alert Button; this minimizes incoming calls to our help desk and automates the Phish reporting process. Reviewing the alerted emails is easier when we have them all in one place. It's improved our end-user report rates and increased the overall cybersecurity awareness throughout our organization. We've also saved time when we can use the PhishRIP tool and automatically quarantine multiple instances of the same phishing email.

I like the single inbox interface for reviewing the submitted messages. The phish alert is easy to install.

Wish there was a phish alert button for outlook for Mac OS.
