Phish ER has helped us isolate and remove phishing emails before users get a chance to click on links or open attachments. It has helped us avoid multiple phishing attacks.

Not a KnowBe4 issue, but microsoft doesn't allow pinning the phish alert button in the web version of outlook so it moves depending on how the user has their view set up.

It is preventing phish attacks by easily enabling us to use the Phish RIP feature to pull the same or similar emails out of inboxes with a few clicks.

It doesn't neccesarily find all the RIP'd messages unless all the search terms are exact. Not always sure what all key terms to use to successfully find all malicious emails.

I like that PhishER has the ability to triage and automate response to reported phishing emails. It gives us a single place to review header information and create block lists.

The tool is easy to use and easy to set up. Our support specalist is very helpful and knows how the tool in and out.
