It is a place where the collection of reported emails goes for me to review, and KnowBe4 also evaluates the emails' risks. I like the clean and simple console that KnowBe4 provides for such a critical part of online safety.

It was unclear to me how to address emails that my co-workers reported. I need to learn more about how PhishER works. I think a tutorial that walks you through how to address a reported email would be great.

PhishER is helping me determine which reported emails are threats, which are safe, and which are just spam. KnowBe4's discernment saves me time and energy.

Nothing at all, the product works as expected and I cannot see a reason to not have it.

Gives my users a way to report phish emails directly to PhishER lowerin my inbox clutter.

PhishRIP is very helpful removing malicious emails from multiple mailboxes.

When the query feature doesn't work correctly and yields incorrect results.

PhishER is helping us with security awareness allowing us to use phishflipped emails in our templates for phishing campaigns in KnowBe4.

Phish is great about giving details about the email header, such as SPF, DKIM , DMARC.

This helps me analyze the email and report back to the user.

Email query is also great, where I can quarantine similar emails that have been pushed out in mass amounts.

The email automation review also helps. This is great because i don't have to analyze each email submission

I wish the PhishER had the option to block email addresses with M365. This helps prevent the same email/domain from sending multiple

spams or threats.

This helps users report suspicious emails for us to investigate.

Once the user submits an email, PhishEr deletes the email which cleans the user's inbox.

When an email broadcast a spam/threat, the query & quarantined featrue helps out.

This benefits us from multiple users sending the same email and quarantining the spam/threat emails in mass.

I like the automated triage that helps prioritize risky emails, the threat intel that helps us confirm if something is malicious, and the ability to group similar phishing emails so we can clean them up faster across the company.

I’d like to see the automation and similar message detection become more consistent. Sometimes it misses emails that are clearly part of the same campaign and needs manual tuning. It would also be nice to have a bit more flexibility and visibility when building and troubleshooting automation workflows.

It solves the problem that many people get duplicate emails in their inboxes. By one reporting it, we can remove it from all user's accounts, saving others time, and not having to figure out if it's a Phishing email.

Customized actions to respond to reported emails. Easy overview of all incoming potential threats. Our users love that we respond with the disposition of every email they submit.

The only thing I have disliked so far is that when I run actions and get to the last email in the list, it simply refreshes on that same email instead of returning to the Inbox.

PhishER is making it easier for us to communicate with users about phish threats. We can easily see if a certain department or even the entire organization is being targeted with a phishing campaign.

PhishER has provided us with the ability to quickly perform an analysis on the phishing email that the end-user has submitted through their Knowbe4 Phish button in Outlook. I also like the integration it has with Virustotal to perform URL and Attachment scans. Its PhishML component within ER provides additional insight by rating the email based on 3 categories: Clean, Spam, and Threat.

I don't really have any dislikes of the tool that I can see at the moment.

A great product I would recommend to speed up your phishing analysis.

The tool is allowing us to respond to reported Phish email in a much quicker fashion. We use to do all this manually using various tools to validate whether an email is a phish or not.

As an IT Manager, I can get very overloaded with tasks, I like PhishER because it helped automate the emails being scanned so I wouldn't have to manually double-check each potential threat/spam.

A few things I noticed is that PhishER doesn't always show what was the threat. Also, it doesn't always run the VirusTotal before it claims the status of the email.

I would recommend trying out the free trail and compare with other companies, you will notice PHishER is efficient and successful

Phish ER is solving problems by preventing potential threats that might stay in a user's mailbox. It also helps me as an IT manager save time by letting the users select the Phish Alert button and it automatically scans the email.

Ease of use with button being right in Outlook.

There is nothing that I dislike at this point.

Users are able to easily push phishing and spam emails to KnowBe4 and our IT provider rather than forwarding emails to me or the provider.
