PhishER lets us tailor campaigns to our specific needs, including curated tests for particular roles across the organization. The admin center is intuitive and easy to navigate, and it brings the most pressing issues to the surface so they get the attention they need.

The search feature is a bit rigid, and I would like more flexible options for how to filter through thousands of reported emails, PhishRIP queries, and similar items.

Nothing really major I would say one thing to improve about phisher is more prominent way to describe importance of the email used for phishing reporting . Also instructions for different email solution on how to create email aliases.

Phishing campaign analysis . quick reaction to non simulated phishing attacks. Ability to generate and provide reports to leadership is a veryt important feature to justify the spend and clarify the value for the c-suite.

I love that I can take reports from my employees and use them to remove bad emails from other employee mailboxes. It makes it easy to keep us safe and capture any phishing that sneaks through. I also love that the same tool to report spam allows for employees to pass the phish testing from knowbe4.

Setup was really easy and I've gotten great support to ensure everything is connected correctly. It was easy to integrate into google and push the PAB to users accounts.

It takes some work to get everyone compliant and using the PAB. As an admin I can push the tool but I can't force people to use it. Fortunately knowbe4 has training we can assign to hammer home the importance

PhishER helps me identify and manage potential security threats reaching my employee's mailboxes. Before we had PhishER I could only rely on people coming to tell me if they get something weird, now they can just click one button and I can manage the threat.

PhishER is a great way to manage the phishing emails that plague all organizations big and small. We are able to report suspicious emails, review the current phishing trends our users are experiencing, classify potential risks, and educate our employees on the best practices when it comes to the ever evolving phishing threat we all experience.

There isn't much I dislike but I do find the portal for reviewing reported emails to be a bit cumbersome.

It is a great way to manage the large load of potentially malicious phishing emails and spam that make it through our firewalls. Ignoring them is not a solution.

KnowBe4 PhishER is most helpful due to the fact the end users are able to report any emails. It doesn't matter if the email is good or bad, the system can identify and compare to many resources and even scan for threats. The upsides to using this is giving the end user the freedom to report an email.

KnowBe4 PhishER is least helpful for Office365 GCCHigh users. I belive we have been waiting on a way to integrate the ability to remove bad emails from all end users mailbox for some time now.

This would be a downside as well, it works as expected in Office365 commercial, but not the Office365 GCCHigh edition.

KnowBe4 PhishER is solving our main business for email reporting. It really has a way to centralize the bad emails that our end users report for further disecting.
