While Krow is releasing new funcitonalites, the documentation are not kept up-to-date on the portal. Krow contains over 100 configurable settings, but we cannot figure the impact of the setting. Krow is very easy to use, the Resource Planner is clear and the Time Off functionality allows us to capture all unavailability with out much fuss.
