What do you like best about Kipwise?

It's super easy to create pages dedicated to knowledge that can be edited and shared with the team. You can create like a whole system that also each department to create tabs in which they can write up some knowledge they have: processes, way of working, etc. You can use it anytime with any colleague to explain something. What do you dislike about Kipwise?

The UX/Ui is not great; It can become a real mess if you don't try to put some sort of organization from the start. As anyone can create, copy, and edit. What do you like best about Kipwise?

I greatly enjoy the article format and simplicity of the documents. It makes it very easy to follow a bulleted list of instructions and allows for greater detail to be fleshed out. What do you dislike about Kipwise?

I don't enjoy the actual home page and how the home area presents articles. It is difficult to find articles other than the 'favorites' and 'search' functions. What do you like best about Kipwise?

The best part of Kipwise is its documentation hosting capabilities with features that allow those documents to be segmented by category. The search bar allows for relevant articles/documents to appear, which makes it easy to find what you're looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kipwise?

The only downside to Kipwise is that there is a learning curve when it comes to ensuring that users are following best practices, set by the company. If these practices aren't outlined, it can feel like a free-for-all within the platform and documents aren't categorized correctly, updated regularly, or there is repeat information that shouldn't be there. What do you like best about Kipwise?

What do you like best about Kipwise?

I love that Kipwise integrates with slack. This feature is one of the reasons we chose this product. The ability to look for an article and send it mid-conversation without ever leaving slack is incredibly beneficial. Using Kipwise in slack promotes using the KB and following stated SOP's rather than tribal knowledge.

I like that you can decide who can edit the articles. We allow anyone to create or edit articles which helps keep them up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kipwise?

I'm not too fond of Kipwise's querying abilities. It has improved over time with the addition of, "tags" but there's still some way to go. Poor querying is a barrier for newer team members who do not know all the jargon associated with different topics. A knowledge base isn't helpful if you cannot find what you're looking for. What do you like best about Kipwise?

Easy to navigate with flexible folder structure. You can set reviewers for your content so that you will receive automated review reminders. They have great integration with Google Drive, so setting up is easy. I simply need to connect my Google Drive, and I can search for the previous docs that I've created on Google Drive directly on Kipwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
