"Kinderpedia: A Game-Changer for Organized Teaching"
5/5
What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?

I find KINDERPEDIA really organized and easy to use, which makes my work easier. It's great for sorting attendance and ensuring files don't disappear. I love how it simplifies grade computation, something really important for us teachers. The software's uniqueness is amazing, making teachers' work much easier. Parent-teacher communication is also a standout, and it's great having a digital gradebook and performance tracking all in one place. Since everything I need is on KINDERPEDIA, I don't need any other tools. The transition from manual input to KINDERPEDIA was smooth, and it's comforting that I can access the system anywhere efficiently. Learning to use it was very easy, thanks to a colleague's help. I’d give KINDERPEDIA a perfect score of 10 because it's really awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

maybe if possible an offline access. adding offline functionality would also be great if some people cant access in the internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Evelina Necula of KINDERPEDIA

Carlo,

Thank you so much for this thoughtful review. It really means a lot.

We’re especially glad to hear that Kinderpedia helps you stay organised, simplifies grading and attendance, and brings everything you need into one place. Making teachers’ daily work easier and more connected is exactly what we aim for.

It’s also great to hear that the transition felt smooth and that you had support along the way. That kind of peer learning makes a big difference.

Thank you as well for mentioning offline access. It’s a very valuable suggestion, and we understand how important flexibility can be in different contexts.

We truly appreciate your trust and your kind words. 🙏

"Kinderpedia: Seamless School Management with Comprehensive Tools"
5/5
What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?

I love the schedule tables in Kinderpedia because they're convenient and easy to understand. The Gradebooks are nice, and I like having everything such as grades, lesson topics, and absences all in one place. I appreciate that I can view all the students once I complete a topic, which is very convenient. I use it as a messenger with parents, complete the gradebook, write comments, and share beautiful things on the feed. I like that Kinderpedia offers more tools like albums and new categories for incident and accident reports. The initial setup was the easiest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Kinderpedia: User-Friendly, Easy Access, and Great Multilingual Support"
4/5
What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?

Kinderpedia is easy to access, has a user-friendly and intuitive interface, and supports multiple languages—even for smaller countries like the Republic of Moldova. It also has a news feed where we can find out many interesting things happening in the school. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?

I don’t like the attendance list in Kinderpedia. As a homeroom teacher, when I try to record absences using Kinderpedia, the row with the students’ names doesn’t stay visible. If I’m at the end of the list, I can’t see the names anymore, so I have to keep scrolling back to find the student and then again check the date they were absent.

I also don’t like that students don’t always see the homework when I post it in the homework section, instead of the news feed, which is what they are used to checking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-time attendance for parents and guardians, directly in the app"
4.5/5
What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?

The recording of attendance/absences/tardiness of our students by the teachers and the fact that their parents/guardians can obtain this information in real-time through the app on the smartphone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?

Not all reports are available to parents/guardians, and those that are available show formatting issues when exported to Excel, PDF... Grade classification only from 0 to 10 and not from 0 to 20 as used in Portugal... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"KINDERPEDIA Streamlines Communication, Attendance, Billing, and Updates in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?

What I like most about KINDERPEDIA is that it centralizes communication, attendance, billing, and educational updates in a single platform. It saves our team many hours each week, keeps parents informed in real time, and makes managing our educational programs much more efficient and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?

One area where KINDERPEDIA could further improve is customer support. It would be extremely valuable to have 24/7 AI-powered chat assistance for quick answers, as well as faster access to human support when urgent issues arise.

Another feature that would greatly enhance the user experience would be a built-in feedback and issue-reporting system. When encountering bugs, errors, or workflow challenges, administrators should be able to instantly report them directly from the platform, attach screenshots if needed, and track the status of their requests. This would help users communicate problems more efficiently while providing the development team with valuable insights for continuous improvement and optimization of the software. "How Kinderpedia Supports Teaching, Coordination, and Connection"
5/5
What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?

Working daily as both a teacher and an academic coordinator has shown me how much the quality of communication shapes a child’s experience at school. For me, Kinderpedia is not just a platform; it has become a true partner in my work with children and families.

Through it, I can share not only activities, but real moments of joy, growth, and discovery that truly matter. I love how it allows parents to feel close to their child’s day, even when they are not physically in the classroom. It makes our conversations richer, more transparent, and more meaningful, and it strengthens the trust between home and school.

What I find most useful is the possibility to combine observation, reflection, and communication in one place. Being able to share photos, notes, and feedback about a child’s development allows parents to better understand their learning journey, while also helping me, as a teacher, to be more reflective and intentional in my practice.

Kinderpedia reminds me every day that education is not just about results, but about relationships, connection, and shared care for each child. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?

A downside of using Kinderpedia is that digital communication, no matter how thoughtful, can never fully replace real conversations. Some nuances of a child’s emotions, progress, or needs are best discussed face-to-face, and I sometimes worry that parents might feel they already “know everything” from the platform, when in reality, there is much more behind what we see in photos or short notes.

Overall, I see Kinderpedia as a powerful and helpful tool, but I believe it works best when it complements, rather than replaces, direct relationships, daily presence, and open dialogue between teachers and families. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, User-Friendly Tools for Tracking Progress and Parent Communication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?

A large variety of tools for tracking students’ progress and parent communication. Fairly simple to use. Good user inter face on both mobile and desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?

- the quick messages functionality is lacking some functions, such as the reply directly within threads, inability to forward messages and copy others to a message that has already been sent out.

- the max 30 photos limit for uploads

- live chat messages always get lost and are easily mixed

- when grading using evidence , it’s not possible to add the same commet (observation) for all students all at once and I have to click on each student one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Communication and Assessment with Kinderpedia"
5/5
What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?

I use KINDERPEDIA in the Maple Bear Kindergarten as an Academic Coordinator and it's very useful for check-in, keeping in touch with families, and assessing. The app on the phone is easy to use, and I don't have to spend much time explaining to parents how to use it. I really like the assessment section where I can write comments about the children's progression, and I can send messages to parents quickly. It's valuable for my whole school because we can complete assessments just by ticking outcomes and add comments or evidence if needed. As an Academic Coordinator, I really like that I can see in real time what the teachers complete and correct them if something is wrong. The initial setup was so easy because the app is very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?

I don't like that some features are available only on mobile, like uploading a video. I would like to add a post with a link and photo together, but currently I can only add a link and a photo in separate posts. I would also like to add a document and a photo. "Effortless Parent Communication with Kinderpedia"
5/5
What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?

I like the interface of KINDERPEDIA, and it helps with communication by allowing us to connect with parents based on groups. There's also the flexibility to choose if we want to communicate with just parents or include the students. I appreciate the feature where even if I don't know the names of the parents, I can simply select the students or class, and the parents will automatically be added to the message. Additionally, I like the incident and accident feature because of how easy it is to use. It’s also nice that KINDERPEDIA allows more functionality in one place as compared to the product we switched from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?

I cannot upload pictures in HEIC format directly from iPhone. Maybe improve the ability to share things on the newsfeed with just some parents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
