"Streamlines HR with Seamless Efficiency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keka?

I like Keka for its clean and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate. The attendance and leave management features are simple and efficient, and the payroll process is smooth and reliable. I appreciate the employee self-service portal, where employees can easily access payslips, apply for leave, and update their information without needing HR assistance. The system is great for automating attendance, leave management, and payroll, which reduces manual work and minimizes errors. It saves time for both employees and the HR team by providing a self-service portal for leave requests, payslips, and personal information. Overall, it improves efficiency, ensures accurate payroll processing, and makes HR processes more organized and transparent. I also found the initial setup straightforward and well-organized, and with onboarding resources and customer support, implementation was smooth and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

Keka works well overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. I'd like to see more customization options for reports and dashboards, along with more flexible workflow and approval settings. The mobile app could also be faster and offer the same level of functionality as the web version. Improving notification management and adding more advanced analytics would make the platform even more useful for both employees and HR teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined HR Tasks with Some Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keka?

I really like the employee self-service portal in Keka. It’s my favorite feature because it lets me quickly view my attendance, apply for leave, access salary slips, and track request approvals without needing to follow up with HR. Overall, the portal has made routine HR tasks much more convenient. Rather than reaching out to HR for every small request, I can handle things directly in Keka—applying for leave, checking attendance, downloading payslips, updating my personal information, and monitoring the status of my requests—all from one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

The web application works well overall, but the mobile app could be more responsive. I’d also like to see greater flexibility when customizing reports and dashboards, so it’s easier to tailor them to what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly HR Platform That Simplifies Attendance, Leave, Payroll, and Performance"
4/5
What do you like best about Keka?

What I like best about Keka is its user-friendly interface and the way it simplifies everyday HR tasks. Features like attendance tracking, leave management, payroll, and performance management are well integrated, making it easy for both employees and HR teams to use. The self-service portal and mobile accessibility also help save time and improve the overall employee experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

One area where Keka could improve is the level of customization available for certain reports and workflows. At times, generating highly specific reports or configuring unique approval processes can require extra effort. Additionally, occasional performance slowdowns during peak usage and limited flexibility in some modules could be enhanced to provide an even better user experience. Its reporting capabilities help generate HR reports quickly for management. The implementation process was smooth, and the support team has been helpful whenever assistance was required. What do you dislike about Keka?

Report Filters

The reporting module would benefit from additional filtering options. More advanced and customizable filters would help HR teams generate precise reports without exporting data to Excel for further analysis, saving time and improving reporting efficiency.

Salary Structure Flexibility

The salary structure components should be more flexible and customizable, as organizations have different salary structures and compliance requirements. Providing greater flexibility in configuring salary components would allow the system to better accommodate varying business needs.

Performance Management System (PMS)

The PMS module could be simplified with a more intuitive workflow and user interface. This would make it easier for managers and employees to understand the appraisal process and complete performance reviews efficiently.

Keka Hire and Payroll Integration

The salary structure configured in the Keka Hire module does not fully align with the salary structure used in the Keka Payroll module. As a result, the salary breakup generated in the offer letter often differs from the payroll structure and has to be manually modified during employee onboarding. A unified salary structure across both modules would eliminate duplicate work, reduce manual corrections, and ensure consistency from recruitment through payroll. "Less Email, Less Follow-Up, More Transparency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keka?

What I like best about Keka is that it provides a single platform for managing daily employee activities. I use it for reimbursements, expense claims, attendance tracking, clock-in/clock-out, WFH requests, payslips, tax declarations, and accessing company policies.

The performance management features help me track goals set by my manager, monitor progress, and participate in appraisal cycles. I also find the organizational chart, employee directory, and learning resources very useful.

What stands out is the modern user experience, AI-assisted goal setting, HR analytics, workflow automation, and seamless integration of attendance, payroll, and performance management in one place. Overall, Keka saves time, improves transparency, and makes HR processes much easier for employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

Keka works well overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Some pages occasionally take longer to load, especially during peak periods. The mobile app experience can be smoother, and certain workflows require multiple clicks to complete. I would also like to see more customization options for reports and dashboards to better suit different team requirements. Overall, these are minor issues and do not significantly impact the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Keka to manage my day-to-day tasks and streamline daily operations, helping me work more efficiently and stay organized. Keka helps streamline payroll, tax calculations, payslip generation, onboarding, and full-and-final settlements, reducing manual work and making HR processes more efficient and accurate. It simplifies my work by providing quick access to reports, easy onboarding management, and ready-to-download tax-related Excel reports, saving time and making day-to-day HR operations more efficient. The initial setup of Keka was quite easy, with the onboarding call providing step-by-step guidance about each module, making implementation easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Intuitive HR Platform That Saves Time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keka?

What I like best about Keka is how simple and intuitive the platform is. It doesn’t feel overwhelming, even though it handles multiple HR functions like attendance, payroll, and leave management in one place. The employee self-service feature is especially useful—being able to check payslips, apply for leave, and track attendance without relying on HR saves a lot of time.

I also appreciate how everything is well-organized and easy to access. The dashboard gives a quick overview, and most actions can be done in just a few clicks. Overall, it reduces manual work and makes day-to-day HR tasks much more efficient for both employees and the HR team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

While Keka works well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, the platform feels a bit slow, especially during peak hours or when loading detailed reports. It’s not a major issue, but it can interrupt the flow of work.

Another area is customization—some features like reports and workflows feel slightly limited if you have specific or complex requirements. More flexibility here would make it even more useful for different types of organizations.

Also, the mobile app experience could be smoother. While it covers the basics, it’s not always as intuitive or responsive as the web version.

Overall, these aren’t deal-breakers, but improving performance, customization, and the mobile experience would make Keka even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super Easy Payroll and HR Self-Service in One Clean Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Keka?

1. Super easy payroll

It handles salary, taxes, and payslips automatically. No messy spreadsheets. One click and payroll is done.2. Clean, modern look

The app just feels nice to use. Employees can check leave, attendance, payslips without calling HR every time.3. Strong leave + attendance tracking

Biometric integration, remote clock-in, leave policies - all in one place. Makes life easier for both HR and employees.4. Employee self-service

Your team can apply for leave, update info, download docs themselves. Less back-and-forth.So basically: it saves time and reduces HR headaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

1. Mobile app can be buggy

The app sometimes lags, crashes, or doesn't sync attendance properly. Clock-in/out glitches are a big complaint.2. Slow customer support

A lot of users say support takes time to respond, especially during payroll days when you need help fast.3. Limited customization

If your company has unique leave policies or complex payroll rules, Keka can feel rigid. Setting up custom workflows isn't always smooth.4. Reporting is basic

You get standard reports, but deep analytics or custom reports are limited unless you pay for higher plans.5. Pricing adds up

The base price looks good, but add-ons for performance, hiring, or extra users can make it expensive for small teams. So it's great for basic HR + payroll, but can get frustrating if you need lots of flexibility or fast support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, All-in-One HR Platform for Attendance, Leaves, Payroll, and Expenses"
5/5
What do you like best about Keka?

Keka provides a highly intuitive user interface and offers various facilities, such as tracking attendance, leaves, payroll, and many other things. It helps employees to easily view their payslips, apply for leaves and submit any kind of expenses directly whithout the need of HR intervention thus reducing their workload so it's a win win from many sides Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

While using keka I have faced issues while loading the pages as they take a lot of time especially while handling large database, one of such problem which I have faced was with my attendance page which takes a lot of time to load. There are some bugs with the mobile application and some missing features such as keka learn modules, sometimes I faced issues with documents to open as mobile application supports only pdf format and doesn't support other formats .
