Very simple to use with a great UI. Being able to track how long the client viewed the quote, and when they viewed it, really should be a requirement. Accepting the quote live is also great. It could be nice to have a way for the end client to post questions about the quote directly in the viewer, or to add notes and comments on specific parts of it. That said, maybe it’s better to keep those discussions live. Still, having an option that lets the quote owner/admins enable (or disable) client-side comments could be a good middle ground.
