"Easy to Use Platform That Speeds Up Cross-Department Updates"
4/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

The platform is easy to use. Employees from different departments can also serve as editors, which means we can share information with our employees much faster instead of funneling everything through marketing. I think it is worth the price. We needed something that was efficient and effective and this platform fit our needs. I think it is worth the price. What do you dislike about Jostle?

We can’t customize it quite as much as we’d like, but that’s only a minor inconvenience. Overall, it does exactly what we need it to do, and it meets our needs well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Thanks for this review Erin. Nice work on getting different departments to share their news. That's going to help with engagement too—people arrive to see an update targeted to their department and there's a corporate update right next to it.

As you have seen, we are constantly improving the platform, so I'm curious what you would like to further customize. Please email product@jostle.me to let us know.

"Excellent tool for communicating across the organziation."
5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

Very easy to use and everything staff need is in one place. A successful way to communicate across the district. And customer service is nice, friendly, and helpful. Plus they are always listening to input and improving the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

The one thing that could be improved is writing a blank article. It takes a little manipulation to format in the way I like but it's a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, there's not much I dislike. We don't use the library or file sharing because we use Google Suite. But we are looking into integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Wow, we've come a long way together since your earlier review way back in 2018. Thanks for providing this kind update.

Adding Library deeply integrated with your Google Drive will be a huge win. It let's you organize your authoratative content out of the jumble of stuff that's likely in your Google Drive. And it comes with Ask a Question which uses AI to generate answers from that authoritative content. That's going to save time and reduce confusion for everyone!

"People-First Platform That Boosts Communication, Connection, and Employee Engagement"
5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

I like that Jostle prioritizes people and workplace culture. Its focus on connecting employees, improving communication, and fostering engagement makes it a tool that supports both productivity and a positive employee experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

The biggest challenge is ensuring consistent employee engagement. Without active participation, the platform becomes less effective. It can also add to notification fatigue, and teams may still need separate tools for task management or more specialized collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

What a well considered review Chirag. Thanks!

It sounds like adding Jostle Tasks can help you. It includes an API and is a Zapier endpoint. Please email us at support@jostle.me to schedule a call. We can also share some engagement best practices at the same time.

"User-Friendly Platform for Team Communication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

What I like best about Jostle is how clear and easy the platform is to use. The UI/UX is very user-friendly, which made it simple for the team to adopt, especially for new starters.

The support and onboarding experience were also great. Ana, our Customer Success Manager, was always proactive, helpful, and regularly shared updates and tips to make the platform even easier to use.

The system performed well, integrations were straightforward, and overall it provided good value for improving internal communication and employee engagement. It was also great to see ongoing updates and improvements to the functionality over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

There were no significant drawbacks with Jostle. The only challenge we experienced was driving consistent engagement and usage across all staff, which is more about internal adoption than the platform itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Thanks for the kind review Heidi. Yes, Ana's great!

"Jostle Review User Experience"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

Jostle has landed well within our organisation. The platform is very user-friendly: its visual layout makes it easy to navigate and quickly find what you need. The platform's design and structure support our corporate vision, and the content libraries are straightforward to locate and use when uploading articles. Staff particularly appreciate the hints and tips that present themselves. Customer support has been positive as well, with quick response times and support analysts who are knowledgeable and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

The overall experience has been very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Thanks for the kind review Amy. It's great that the hints and tips are helping—I've shared your feedback with the team involved.

"Great intranet"
5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

There are many features which I think come in handy for our company on Jostle. It is great that we can share news items to not only reduce our email traffic but also make sure that communication does not get lost within emails. I particularly like the 'shout-out' feature, as we use this to thank colleagues or share a lovely review written by the client. I think the people function is fantastic for new starters, narrowing down who is in what team if you cannot remember names. I think Jostle is easy to use and is used daily in our organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

As an organisation we do not really need our 'primary org units' within our profiles, this is something we use to distribute legal journals to particular groups of people. There isn't an option currently to take this away from profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Thanks so much for taking time to update your review Kimberley. Shout Outs are the best!

Primary Org Unit are not be visible in User Profiles for people that don't have one. If you could please reach out to us at support@jostle.me we can help you sort this.

"It goes from strength to strength"
5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

Our organisations engagement with Jostle keeps growing. Its such an easy platform to use and these days no explanation needed when people are giving access to start using different areas - that's a first! I like that the Jostle team are always looking at ways of making things better and when they launch something new, it's easy to use, you are well informed that its coming and what it is and it just flows in with no issues. We have just never had a hiccup and its been quite a few years now. The News section is particularly important for us - it has not only become what used to be essentially our staff newsletter, it's where we post things about the business, where our MD can blog with the staff about what's happening and its all instantaneous and super easy for all the staff to use. Our auto activity feed with birthdays and anniversaries is great for instant feedback. Love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

I still haven't found a dislike. It keeps getting better and better. The longer it has stayed as our choice of how we share news and to store things in the library centrally for all staff, the more important it becomes and the more engagement we have with the platform. It wasn't hard to grow engagement from when we first implemented, but now it is just part of the way we communicate with our staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Thanks for your detailed review Fiona. "It just flows", love that.

"Cleaner Inbox, Easier Company Communication with Jostle"
5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

I love that it reduces company-wide emails to almost 0. My inbox feels so much cleaner and its very easy to filter or search to find old communication in Jostle if I need to refer back to it. Yes, absolutely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

I don't have any major concerns with Jostle. The biggest battle is getting employees to check it regularly, but that isn't a product issue, and Jostle shows us who is viewing each item, so that's a plus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Thanks for the kind review. You're correct, life is much better with no internal emails!

"Effortless Setup and Seamless Communication"
5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

I really like how easy it is to set up and use Jostle. Training new employees doesn't take long at all, which is a big plus. It's also super simple to put together news articles to share company-wide. We had a great partner at Jostle who helped us during the initial setup, making it very easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

The events section is not very flexible and we have not found much use for that part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Thanks for the kind review Tobi. Much appreciated.

We'd love to talk with you about Events, since we are contemplating where to take its next version. Please email me at brad@jostle.me.

Today the "secret sauce" of Events is that it lets you build awareness for a company event for those how are not actually invited to it, without blocking their own calendar. For example, the Marketing Team can share they will be offsite for a workshop, only invite themselves, and make it visible to everyone. That way people can see they are moving forward with their initiative and understand they will be away that day.

"Easy to Use with a Clear, Well-Organised Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Jostle?

Our organisation has adopted it successfully, largely because it’s easy to use and offers a clear, well-organised interface that makes navigation straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

The formatting options when creating a new article feel limited, and the text blocks can be cumbersome to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brad Palmer of Jostle

Peter thanks for taking time to provide this feedback. Simple with all the features you need, that's indeed what we are trying to achieve.

Our design team would like to learn more from your experience with the Text Block. Could you please reach out to them at product@jostle.me?
