What do you like best about Jetpack Workflow?

I love that it is flexible and customizable and easy to collaborate with a team to see what was done.

The task dependencies (my to-do only starts when you finish your work) is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jetpack Workflow?

It does not sync well with other software. There is limited sync to QB but not Xero, not Zapier, not email

There is not the ability to show a job as "cancelled", only done (or delete)

The reports are *terrible* - you have to run time/billing for all staff/clients, not just one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Jetpack Workflow:

I'm hoping JPWF will continue to grow & mature & add more features, but they aren't doing it as fast as I'd like. We went with them because of cost, but are looking again at Insightly and Karbon to see if they have better email tracking and integration with Xero Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jetpack Workflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We replaced our client status update spreadsheets with JetPack so we now have a better checklist and more insight into what was done and by whom Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jetpack Workflow?

Ease of use and features; built in templates; price is reasonable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jetpack Workflow?

I would like the product to have the option of listing client names by first or last name. I also wish it came with a CRM feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are in the Accounting industry and need a way to keep track of projects and deadlines this software will definitely fulfill those needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jetpack Workflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been able to stay organized and not forget important projects. I barelymiss deadlines thanks to Jetpack. It eliminates keeping tasks and to-do list on paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jetpack Workflow?

It is easy to track time and set up separate jobs/clients in Jetpack Workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jetpack Workflow?

The company has made some questionable changes to the product - some of which have been addressed, others haven't. When you end a task from the bottom screen, the dialogue box stays open. If you don't manually clear them, they will eventually take over the bottom of the tab. It would also be nice if there was a widget that could follow you on your desktop so that you can see your time tracking/change it without going back to Jetpack Workflow.
