"Brand Voice Settings Made Our Content Consistent and Blog Writing Faster"
5/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

The brand voice settings are the standout feature for us. Once we set it up, the blogs and content pieces coming out of jasper actually sound like they are from the same company, which was not the case before. It's cut down a lot of the back and forth editing we used to do just to make things sound good. It also made blog writing noticeably faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

It's still a tool, not a replacement for a human touch. Outputs need review and editing, especially for longer or more nuanced pieces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clunky and Pricey: Limited Flexibility, Repetitive Copy, and No Access After Cancelling"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

It does a good job generating content, but it's pro version doesn't allow you to generate copy outside of the guidelines, even if you free style. Also, the repetition of the types of copy just feel AI slopish. With a well tailored prompt, you can generate better copy than what it does. Also, the keyword additions to the copy are limited; so you're stuck using a tool like Claude or GPT to add extra keywords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

Clunky Annoying from a price perspective, they don't allow you to signup without paying for it Once you stop paying, they don't give you access too your past work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful when things get hectic in the content calendar"
4/5
Describe the project or task Jasper helped with:

Jasper assists in generating creative content ideas and drafts, streamlining the content creation process for busy schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jasper?

I find myself using Jasper mostly for captions, headlines and playing around with different versions of the same concept. Some days I am writing for so many different posts and after a while they all start to blend together. Jasper is helpful in those moments because it allows me to have a different direction to branch from. I typically don’t use the caption verbatim, but it helps spark an idea to get me going quicker. "Speeds Content Creation with Ease"
4/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

I love how fast Jasper makes content creation. It significantly speeds up my workflows and helps me brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and create hooks quickly. Jasper gives me a great starting point for ideas and copy, while using each client's own brand and voice, which is really helpful. The speed is incredibly valuable to me because managing many clients requires pumping out content fast, allowing me to spend more time on strategy and communication. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and the AI setup was helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

Sometimes it feels a little too AI. It does great on quick ideas, but I wouldn't rely on it for full start to finish. I would like to see deeper integrations with social media platforms, so scheduling and publishing could happen in one platform. Creation -> schedule -> post -> manage in one spot. "Great AI Platform for Content Creation and Marketing Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

What I like best about Jasper is how quickly it can create high-quality content that's well-structured. It takes little effort to get great results. The platform is simple to use and its artificial intelligence helps with writing, rewriting and polishing messages. It keeps the tone professional, which's important for my work. I find it especially helpful, for saving time and making sure all my content stays consistent no matter what kind of message I'm working on. Jasper works with the other tools in my workflow. It is especially good for creating content, refining content and repurposing content. Jasper fits easily into existing productivity and communication workflows. The AI capabilities of Jasper help reduce the time spent on drafting content and editing content. The integration experience, with Jasper is generally smooth. However the usefulness of Jasper can vary depending on the tools and workflows being used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

The main area, for improvement is that Jasper can sometimes create content that feels too generic. It often needs editing to match the right tone and context. Some of the features are not easy to understand at first and the pricing might feel high for people or teams who don’t use the tool very often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Using Jasper to Speed up Marketing Copy Workloads"
4.5/5
Describe the project or task Jasper helped with:

N/A Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jasper?

I primarily use Jasper for marketing copy work. Ad copy, social captions, campaign brainstorming, landing page wireframes, email copy—you name it. The main reason why I like using Jasper is speed. If I’m feeling really confident about a campaign direction but I need to generate multiple copies to run A/B tests, Jasper allows me to quickly produce something strong to start from. It’s also helpful when I need to rewrite the same sentence/email three different ways to reach different platforms or audiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Time-Saver for Consistent Course Content"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

What I like most about Jasper is how Jasper IQ remembers my brand voice and the surrounding context, so I don’t have to explain it all over again every time. I also lean heavily on the agent workflows to take care of repetitive content, like generating product descriptions in bulk. Taken together, these features have made my output faster and much more consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

What I dislike about Jasper is the pricing at $69 per seat, it feels steep, especially since the outputs from the standard templates often come out generic and still need manual editing before they’re truly usable. I’ve also run into some billing and cancellation friction, which has made me more cautious about staying locked in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient for Marketing, Needs AI Feature Tuning"
4/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

I like that Jasper is very organized and allows me to have multiple projects running on the screen at the same time, making it easier to manage different tasks without having to switch between screens. I also appreciate being able to have a chat feature in the corner while viewing multiple pages, allowing me to see what information is listed where and make necessary adjustments efficiently. Additionally, the initial setup of Jasper was very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

When working on certain HR projects, the AI creation feature sometimes needs a lot more coaching to get the exact information I'm looking for. The timeliness needs to be improved; if there was a faster response time, that would help. Also, I have to use a lot of prompts to get the project completed. "Powerful Content Organizer with Easy Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

I use Jasper to organize my thoughts and ideas, which helps me manage the clutter in my mind. The migration from Jarvis to Jasper was seamless, maintaining my plan was easy, and I have been impressed with the continuous updates to the interface and tools. The knowledge bank feature is incredibly useful, as it offers flexibility by allowing me to choose the specific knowledge base it references. This reduces my editing time and enhances my efficiency. Uploading and organizing content within the knowledge bank is straightforward, whether I'm copying and pasting or uploading files. I enjoy the ability to selectively use the knowledge bank during content generation. The initial setup of Jasper was incredibly easy, and I've continued to learn more over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

What hasn't worked well for me has been the ability to build agents and also have greater SEO capability. Both of those features are on a higher-tiered business plan, which is a big jump from the plan that I am on. And being a solopreneur, I don't have a large budget to put towards these types of tools. It just feels like there is a big gap between the team tools and business tools, and they should consider how this affects creatives, solopreneurs, and entrepreneurs, where budget is smaller when it comes to investing in tech stack. "Easy to Use, Reliable AI That Speeds Up Content Work"
4/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

What I like most about Jasper is how simple and intuitive it is to use. The AI features save me a lot of time, and the integrations make it easy to plug into my existing workflow without much effort. It’s also been reliable for me, with solid performance overall, plus helpful onboarding and responsive support when I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

The pricing can feel a bit high, especially for smaller teams or individual users. Some of the more advanced features also take a little time to understand and set up properly, which can slow you down at first. Aside from that, the overall experience is pretty smooth and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
