What do you like best about Jam.dev?

For all the bugs that are hard to reproduce, we'll ask our clients to record a Jam. Once we get a Jam showing the steps to reproduce and everything in the network and console tab, we're able to figure out the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Saves me time & reduces friction for capturing and resolving bugs end to end~!"

What do you like best about Jam.dev?

Its obviously they focused on the customer problem and solved it in a novel way that makes it SOOO much easier to capture issues and share them with our team. The Replay function is a game changer as well as the integration with Jira. As well since testing often uses multiple logins having the ability to use the extension incognito for 2 sessions is a force multiplier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jam.dev?

Sometimes can be resource heavy, but they warn you given the settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only minor issues. Other than that all good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I never QA without it"
5/5
What do you like best about Jam.dev?

It's super easy to use and robust at the same time. I love how easy it is to initiate a screenshot or screen recording from the Chrome Extension and also add notes. Also love how it provides browser and device info for our devs. And while I don't use it all that often, it is great that it integrates directly with Asana. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jam.dev?

That it's not available for mobile QA testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jam.dev?

Jam is great and works well to capture issues and record the behavior that triggers them. It's an amazing tool that I'd recommend to everyone who does QA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jam.dev?

The only thing that Jam has to improve is that as of now it's only compatible with Desktop. It'd be perfect to have a mobile version for Jam as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jam is perfect for recording bugs and sharing with the team"

What do you like best about Jam.dev?

Jam helps in recording bugs in 1 click, and it records network calls, console logs, etc. It helps to share the bug details with the developers in one click, rather than creating a document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jam.dev?

The pricing of Jam.dev is a bit steep for mid sized company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The all in one reports. It is easier to share the reports to the developers than personally explain what's wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
