Overall I have pretty good experience of jam.dev. I use it as a QA to report bugs and it has made our lives easier as it captures console and network which helps developers save time. It is very easy to use and we have asked people in our organization to use it as well.

I love Jam captures your last minute using any website so I don't have to try and recreate a bug. I also like how it captures your console log. This app collects network information, enabling me to share important details when reporting issues to the development team. It's also available in incognito mode, making it very useful for testing. I use this app daily as part of my job and frequently recommend it to colleagues. On the security side, I appreciate that it doesn't collect or share passwords or tokens. For all the bugs that are hard to reproduce, we'll ask our clients to record a Jam. Once we get a Jam showing the steps to reproduce and everything in the network and console tab, we're able to figure out the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
