"Jacquard Delivers Intuitive UX, Strong CRM Integrations, and Excellent 1:1 Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Jacquard?

Jacquard has made itself simple to use with a really intuitive UX and good integration with most CRM software. Pricing is reasonable and strong performance sees a good ROI. The onboarding process is streamlined with excellent 121 support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jacquard?

For a tool of this standard, the reporting feels lacking. I’d like to see reporting that’s better and more reliable overall, and I’d also like the ability to optimise toward conversion metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Measurable Lifecycle Marketing Gains with Jacquard"
4/5
What do you like best about Jacquard?

The product's ability to create measurable improvement to my lifecycle marketing campaigns. I have used them at two different companies, both with great success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jacquard?

The UI isn't great. I wish it were easier to view key metrics or build my own custom dashboards on the Jacquard UI. I also wish I had visibility into how Jacquard calculates its insights, because I always question the authenticity of the insights as there are more than a handful of counterexamples in our Jacquard experiments. I wish I could right click a link on the Jacquard website to open in a new tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jacquard Helped Us Launch on Multi-Platform Marketing Channels Quickly"
4/5
What do you like best about Jacquard?

The onboarding, and customer success teams at Jacquard went above and beyond during our pilot to support our current tech stack, and business needs. We send digital marketing messages across 4 different platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bluecore, Braze, and Attentive. The Jacquard team worked in partnership with us to pilot across all 4 platforms seamlessly, and opened up future conversations for deeper integrations.

We had a very fast pilot timeline we needed the Jaquard team to meet, and were able to launch in 4 channels quickly, with several rounds of testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jacquard?

Although we were able to standup Jacquard quickly in our current tech stack, there was manual work for testing in most of our platforms. Not having a plug and play option available added time overall to each experiment setup. Jacquard teams were open to creating connections and process efficiencies long term.

Performance was soft for initial tests, some directionally some stat sig. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Subject Line Optimisation at Scale"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jacquard?

What we like most about Jacquard is its ability to consistently optimise subject lines at scale while staying on brand. It removes a lot of manual guesswork by using performance data to generate and select language that’s more likely to drive opens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jacquard?

While Jacquard is effective for subject line optimisation, it can feel somewhat limited outside of that core use case. The setup and testing logic can also be a bit rigid at times, which reduces flexibility when we want to apply more bespoke or insight-led messaging strategies. "Clean UI, but Bugs and Slow Performance Hurt Reliability"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Jacquard?

The most helpful about jacquard is the user interface. I enjoy the layout of the platform as it is clean looking and appealing to the eyes. It is nice that it integrates with the email service provider as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jacquard?

I do not like the bugs that come with Jacquard. It is slow at times, does not populate lines that are accurate to the messaging that was provided. There are other times where it wont populate at all which is an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jacquard?

We had some initial hurdles when setting up the platform, but since integrating with Iterable, the reporting and analytics side is way more refined and palatable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Focus on data driven optimization that brings improvements in your messages to bring closer audiance to your business. It creates real time optimization.

Phrasee allows you to test different versions of your messages and automatically deliver the best performing to every recipient, ensuring optimal effectiveness.

Phrasee aims to boost business engagement and increase marketing effectiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jacquard?

There are only few disadvantages of Phrasee that have minor effects.

1-This is totally AI generated software so it may lack human intelligance.

2-It will provide you the data according to your given information, if you provide outdated or incorrect data than results may be inaccorate.

3- The use of Phrasee needs investment and need technical knowledge to use it.

4-While AI powered generation is valueable butt it may neglect ground realties of the marketes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I've used Phrasee with 3 different different companies and it's been an outstanding partnership!"
5/5
What do you like best about Jacquard?

It's incredibly easy to use - the UI is simple and easy to navigate, and results come in quickly and are easy to report on. I've used it for SL testing (up to 10 at a time) and SMS (up to 2 at a time) and have had great results in both. I've also used it in ESP's where there is a native integration and where the process is more manual - obviously the native integration they have with SFMC is great, but the results still speak for themselves, even if you have slightly more manual work to do with connecting Phrasee testing to your ESP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jacquard?

The only challenge I've had is getting Phrasee off the ground at new companies because of the initial cost - it's a lot to bite off especially when budgets are tight, but they're a great parter and prove their value quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4/5
What do you like best about Jacquard?

The content it provides is superb and on to the point and give multiples options to choose content from. It can convert your leads to customers with its machine learning skills and deep learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jacquard?

1. The pricing is little too high for small businesses ayit can be improved.

2.combining the data is sometimes a headache.

3. We don't have the options to choose what kind of content we need (serious, funny etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
