What do you like best about itilite?

Honestly there are a few things I genuinely like about ITILITE.

Support

No real complaints here. Every time we've reached out, the team has been responsive and actually helpful. Issues don't linger and we've never felt like we were chasing someone down for an answer. That alone puts them ahead of a lot of tools we've used.

Ease of Use

The UI is one of those things you don't notice when it works well — and that's exactly how it's been. Nothing feels out of place, the flows are logical, and new users pick it up without needing a manual. We haven't had a single "how do I find this" moment that turned into a real problem.

Reporting

The reporting has been solid. Getting visibility into travel spend, policy compliance and booking trends is straightforward and the data is presented in a way that actually makes sense. Pulling reports for leadership takes minutes, not hours.

UI / UX

The interface makes sense for the most part. Once you get past the initial setup, the core travel booking flow is fairly straightforward and the dashboard gives you a decent overview of what's going on without too much digging.

AI / Intelligence

The policy compliance checks are actually pretty smart. It flags out-of-policy bookings before they go through, which has saved us from a few awkward conversations. Not perfect but better than doing it manually.

Integrations

Connects with our HR and finance tools without too much trouble. The data sync works reliably and we haven't had major issues with it breaking on us.

Performance & Speed

Search results for flights and hotels load reasonably fast. Booking confirmations come through quickly and the mobile app works well enough for employees on the go.

Support & Onboarding

The initial onboarding was structured and the team was available when we had questions. They assigned us an account manager which helped during the early weeks.

Pricing / ROI

What do you dislike about itilite?

Honestly, nothing major stands out as a dislike so far. The platform has been doing what we need it to do and we haven't run into any real issues worth calling out. Maybe a few minor things here and there but nothing that's actually impacted our work in a meaningful way. No complaints from the team either.

What do you like best about itilite?

I like the ease of booking and modifying flights and hotels with itilite if needed, along with the notifications that keep us updated. It's seamless, streamlined, and easy to adjust to changes, which is a big advantage. Every minute saved in searching for flights and confirming the bookings is valuable. Modifications are super fast, and the notifications are the icing on the cake. I also appreciate that itilite requires no setup since it's an online software, making it very easy to use. What do you like best about itilite?

I like that itilite is user-friendly and simple to use. The ability to chat with agents 24/7 and get quick responses is a big plus for me. I also appreciate the easy access to invoices and financial data, along with the integration of virtual card information in the system. The data tracking and reporting features are something I definitely value, especially with the addition of the new Iris feature. The initial setup was very smooth and straightforward, thanks to the helpful customer success manager who guided us through the platform, addressed questions promptly, and resolved any issues. What do you dislike about itilite?

I would like the flight, rental, and lodging booking process to be altogether instead of separate steps and I would like to be able to skip booking a hotel or rental in the process of booking rather than starting all over and reselecting flights. What do you like best about itilite?

I use Itilite for office flight bookings. I appreciate its simple UI that makes it easy to find flights fitting company policy. The approval process is straightforward and it locks in prices for 24 hours. I like that it shows colleagues who are traveling on the same flight, helping me connect and make common arrangements. What do you dislike about itilite?

Rescheduling is a bit of a hassle with itilite because I have to cancel the flight and rebook it, which takes more time, especially when the travel dates are near. Also, there's no single sign-on option, so I have to set up a login and remember the password, which can be a hassle with the endless number of passwords today.
