I am profficient with Office products and iSpring integrates well with these. Since this is the case it is very easy to use and to convert Powerpoint for example into Scorm for moodle. I have had a few issues and customer support has been on hand. The webinars are greats to help you with the ease of implementation. I use it for every presentation for apprentices and it adds additional fuctionality.

Would like to see some more different way of questions in assessments

We were using a company to make our coursework into scorm packages, this was done at great expense and cost for updates. Now we do as and when and at no extra cost than the software.

Their support is great. They respond in a reasonable time. They offer great webinars that are informative and help with creating content. Very easy to use and Implement.

Wish they offered more templates and easier gamification creations

Internal knowledge learning

I'm currently in the pilot stage of my course, and iSpring has helped me create really high quality material, that my pilot students are enjoying. They're helping me deliver really informative content and test their knowledge. I'm using a separate LMS platform and I can't believe how seemless the transition was. I'm really grateful for how easy iSpring has made this process for me, and how quick I can get a response from the support staff when I have questions. New features are being added regularly. When I first started using iSpring, I was disappointed that voice-overs were harder to add to role-play options and since then, the feature is now much more streamlined and it's made course creation much easier. I look forward to creating my 2nd course.

Nothing. I had previous issues but recent updates with new features have resolved them.

Our previous course was outdated and boring, and would require a complete overhaul even for minor changes. ISpring allows my course to grow without starting over. Our previous testing method was also separate from the course, and now they're intigrated into one.

This is replacing our previous course, which was outdated, visually unappealing and frankly boring. It required a separate testing platform, and someone to manually review marks

So easy to use. Very intuitive interface so that even the most technologically inept person can build courses. And, if all else fails, their online resources are comprehensive and easy to follow. But most of all, their human support is best-in-class -- timely, thorough, empathetic. They truly take ownership for your problems and pursue solutions as if they were their own. Best support bar none.

There are a few quirky things that come with working with PowerPoint. And, common to building courses in general, there are a lot of moving parts.

Creating customized courses from a template. Needs to be easy to use and cost effective.

I like how easy it is to use. Everyone knows how to use powerpoint, so it's so simple to make your presentations come alive. I use it to make e-books for students and I can make them so interactive and engaging.

There are some features you can't customise, especially in the quiz maker.

It enables me to make e-books with audio that I record. It is so helpful to share my e-books with my target audience because they only need to click on the link or scan a QR code to open them. There is no complicated password protection. I can embed them on my website or share them out.

Ease of use of the software. Also, the tech support team is FANTASTIC. They are very prompt and have always helped me find a fix or workaround if needed.

Some interactions/quizzes aren't as customizable as I would like. For example, images cannot be cropped or moved around like on a PP slide.

Education/training solution for team members

I can use the iSpring Suite very intuitively as a non-IT person and apply the many formats very easily. The user-friendliness is absolutely present, especially if you are well acquainted with PowerPoint. The support responds in the shortest time to very individual inquiries or system errors. The Support Desk in the cloud provides a clear overview of all communication. The support is super friendly and always presents the answers and assistance with screenshots, so you can follow along very well. I think it's great that you are not left alone with your problems and there are short ways to contact. This gives you a secure feeling.

I can only say once I've used it for a longer time.

There is nothing that I can think of that I dislike about this product.

It works very well and offers great options for designing my training. It’s easy to use and mostly intuitive. One especially strong point is the support: it’s amazing. Every time I had a question, the support team responded very quickly and helped me identify the issue right away. Support-wise: 10 out of 10!

Some additional features would be great. Features I would appreciate in the future would be:

- Automatic translation of slides & notes (without the need of extra tools)

- Inserting AI-Avatars

- Usage of Animation-marks inside the text when creating the voiceover, so the animations are synced automatically to the voice, instead of doing it manually afterwards.
