The support teams are excellent—whenever we have a question or concern, we always know exactly who to reach out to for assistance, and they help us resolve issues quickly. iSpring is always updating their software, which continually improves our learning experience. Once content is downloaded as SCORM files, it’s easy to integrate into our LMS. The browser version is also fantastic for group work, allowing anyone on my team to jump in and update training modules whenever necessary.

It can be a little tricky to get the hang of using the interactions in powerpoint.

Having the ability to create our own training modules with iSpring means we can centralize all our learning across the organization, rather than relying on several different platforms. This approach ensures that our training remains interactive and relevant to our specific needs.

We’ve been using iSpring for our e-learning content creation and delivery and have been very impressed. The integration with PowerPoint makes building interactive courses surprisingly fast and straightforward, even for teams without deep design/development skills. The authoring tool allows quizzes, dialogue simulations, video lessons and more — and output is SCORM / HTML5 ready so it works with our LMS.

Currently, only the missing option in the Narration Tool that the slides are not automatically adjusted when the text is changed or extended.

It's an easy way to translate ideas into e-learning modules. The fact that it starts from a powerpoint presentations makes it easy to adopt for the authors. Most authors are subject matter experts, not expert authors. Ispring Suite is the perfect inbetween.

it's a bit complicated to get to know all the features, sometimes they are a bit hidden (a menu within a menu within an interaction).

iSpring Suite adds a visual layer to our (mostly quite tedious) e-learning modules. Also, it is easy to use which makes it popular with our authors.

The ease of integration with Power point Ispring works as part of PowerPoint as opposed to importing PowerPoint slides.

A strange issue where it fails to authenticate me but this may be because I'm moving across multiple machines and VPNs per day

Ispring is solving the problem of us moving our training material from proprietary formats into scorm packages while maintaining the actual material in a PowerPoint file for versatility.

I love that it is continually evolving, listening to customer feedback. It's intuitive to use and has an ever growing suite of tools. If there's been a glitch, for example recently had trouble embedding a YouTube video, their customer support is exceptional. Worked with me to solve the problem, reviewing my file, sending link to download .... problem solved!

Probably the thing to be improved is keeping the help documents up to date with current versions.

The Quizmaker product is very robust with a large variety of question types; possibly the best trait along with strong LMS integration. The 24/7 customer support is excellent. The suite tools are easy to use and the interface is intuitive.

It's not the cheapest product suite on the market, but priced competitively.
