What I like best about IRIS Star Practice Management is that it pulls time tracking, job management, and billing into one system so nothing gets lost. I can see exactly who’s working on which client, what stage a job is in, and what still needs to be billed, without chasing people or digging through spreadsheets. It saves a lot of back and forth in the team because everyone’s looking at the same source of truth. That visibility into WIP and deadlines is honestly the main value for us.
