This not only saves me valuable time but as a small entrepreneur, it also saves from a lot of negative energy that otherwise comes with dealing with counterfeits. The set up is very easy to understand and follow and once set up, ongoing customer support is fantastic with quick response times to any questions. The dashboard is extremely clear and easy to navigate and when it comes to highlighting infringements and then actioning to remove from marketplace it is a very simple process and they are removed from marketplace very quickly.
