IntoPact Reviews & Product Details

Most sales tools stop when the proposal is sent. IntoPact owns what happens next. B2B deals rarely die from a bad pitch — they go quiet after the proposal, while your champion argues your case internally using whatever you last emailed them. You're not in that room, so you're guessing instead of forecasting. IntoPact gives both sides one shared deal room. Your buyer opens a single link — no account, no seat charge — and brings in procurement, legal, and finance themselves. Questions land as threaded comments against the section they relate to instead of dying in a forwarded email. Next actions get an owner and a due date on both sides. You see who opened the room, what they read, and who they invited. When the buyer is ready, they configure their terms from the options you set — timing, frequency, net days — and accept in the same room. The contract and invoice schedule generate automatically from what they selected. No re-entry, no handoffs, no separate e-signature tool.
