What do you like best about InteliChart?

We have been using Intelichart for over 4 years now at our Clinic and it has been great! Patients and staff love it! Patients love the ability to be able to schedule appointments, request refills or message their providers directly without the hassle of having to call the clinic and being placed on hold. There are always enhancements and new features being added. It has improved our patient no shows dramatically with the the appointment reminders and on demand messages. We recently added personalized insights option for our portal users and we have had great feedback from patients that use it, they love the recommendations it provides. Also, anytime we have a question or need assistance on anything Intelichart is always so quick and helpful to respond. They also recently added a new feature that auto translates forms to spanish and it has been great! It makes building forms so much more simple and quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InteliChart?

The portal itself is intuitive and easy to use from a patient experience. Working with the implementation team was a very positive experience and we ran into very few complications with the integration into our EHR. The portal itself is stable, and we have seen very little in the way of downtime or general performance issues. The addition of AI forms translations is very helpful for our non-english speaking patients. We are taking a stage approach to e-forms in our organization and are beginning to see the benefits of having these forms available for patients to complete before their appointments. What do you dislike about InteliChart?

A few of the issues we’ve run into have been related to lab notifications. Patients receiving multiple notifications for each test run within a panel has led to some negative feedback. What do you like best about InteliChart?

I like how quick and easy it is to search for patients and identify which ones have signed up for the patient portal. I can upload documents for patients to view and integrate them into their portal easily. The process takes just one click from Office Practicum when scanning documents. I also like how InteliChart connects to my daily schedule with Office Practicum, allowing me to determine which patients have or have not signed up and remind them to do so when they check in. It helps manage security risks by letting patients access their information with very limited security risk, avoiding the need to email protected health information. What do you dislike about InteliChart?

The PIN feature does not work the best when patients are signing up for the portal. I don't like the fact that we have to send them a pin first in order for them to sign up. And that email we send has about only 48 hours until it is no longer valid. It becomes very frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InteliChart?

What do you dislike about InteliChart?

InteliChart can be a bit challenging within a pediatric clinic setting. We have had to get creative with our work around for parental access once the patients reach the age of consent in our state. What do you like best about InteliChart?

I like how everything goes into their chart and it does not make more work for us. It helps us not tie up our personal emails and it is a better way to communicate to the patient. There's also less work on all the employees with saving and printing etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InteliChart?

Setting up access for multiple people in the portal is really tough, especially in cases like divorced families where both parents want access to a child's chart. It's a lot of extra steps that could be easier. Also, the initial setup was very difficult, though it's gotten easier over the years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InteliChart?

I am very excited about all the new and upcoming upgrades to InteliChart, and I'm definitely planning to add more services to our account. I'm particularly looking forward to the patient recall feature, which will follow-up with patients who need well visits and help them self-schedule via text. I think this will save a lot of time and reduce the front desk's time spent on the phone. Currently, all of our appointments are scheduled via phone call, and we don't have any self-scheduling options, so this feature is expected to cut down the time it takes to get patients scheduled and enhance patient compliance with well visits. What do you dislike about InteliChart?

At times labs don't populate over. It would be beneficial if the IT department could monitor this. Patients often call the office stating that the portal isn't showing information that should populate and be integrated from the patients' charts into the portal. It would benefit the office and the patients if there was a way to monitor maybe a flagging issue to the IT department or to those who manage the InteliChart on their side.
