What do you like best about Integrated MLM Software?

Honestly, the AI insights feature is what I use the most. It looks at everyone’s activity—sales, team growth, who’s engaging and who isn’t—and then tells me what’s going on without me having to dig through a bunch of reports. It’ll flag who’s crushing it, who’s gone quiet, and basically where I should be spending my time and attention. What do you dislike about Integrated MLM Software?

The only thing I'd love to see is more control over what the AI actually flags. Right now it shows what it shows, and it'd be nice to customize the criteria a bit to match how our team specifically operates. People who are new to MLM software generally need a bit more time to get comfortable with the terminology and the layout, especially if they have no prior experience with this type of platform. What do you like best about Integrated MLM Software?

The genealogy tree updates in the real time whenever a new distributor joins or rank change happens, so I always have an accurate picture of the network without having to run a report manually. Commission calculations across multiple plan levels have been consistently accurate, which matters a lot when distributors come to us with questions about their payouts. The interface for managing distributor accounts, tracking activity, and handling rank qualifications is well organized and does not require a lot of clicks to get things done. What do you dislike about Integrated MLM Software?

The admin panel has quite a few configuration options, and it took our team a few days to understand which settings applied to which parts of the workflow. A more structured onboarding checklist within the platform would help new admins get oriented faster. That said, once we worked through the initial setup, day to day use has been straightforward. What do you like best about Integrated MLM Software?

Every commission payout is broken down in a way that distributors can follow on their own, which has cut down on the number of payment related queries we used to get each cycle. The automated payout reporters are generated without any manual steps on our end, and the numbers have matched up correctly each time. What do you dislike about Integrated MLM Software?

The mobile app handles the day to day tasks well and our field distributors use it regularly without issues. A few of the reporting features are currently desktop only, and having those available on mobile too would make it even more convenient for managers who are frequently on the move. What do you like best about Integrated MLM Software?

When I first saw the platform, the UI was cleaner and more thought-out than most MLM software I had looked at, and the feature set covered what we needed without requiring heavy customization.

My initial concern was whether it could handle the scale we were planning for, but the vendor walked me through a live environment managing over a million users, which addressed that question directly. The deployment approach was also well suited to where we were starting out — they configured it on a cloud setup sized for our existing customer base and scaled the infrastructure as our user numbers grew, which meant we were not paying for capacity we did not yet need.

The Staff module has been particularly useful for our operations; once the team guided us through how to set it up, we were able to delegate work to different departments rather than routing everything through a central admin, which reduced manual effort significantly across the team.

Over the past two years, the value has consistently aligned with the cost. The platform has scaled alongside our growth, reduced administrative workload, and helped improve operational efficiency across teams. When measured against the time savings, increased productivity, and ongoing product improvements, it has delivered a return that makes the investment worthwhile. The Staff module took some time to configure correctly, and without the guided walkthrough from their team we would have taken much longer to understand how permissions and department-level access were structured. What do you like best about Integrated MLM Software?

We only sell 12 products, so our main goal was to find MLM software with a built-in shopping cart. Most platforms we evaluated required a separate eCommerce website, which would have increased both our setup costs and monthly expenses.

What stood out with Integrated MLM Software was that product management, checkout, and order tracking were already included in the platform. We added our 12 products, configured pricing and shipping, and were able to start taking orders without integrating another tool. The interface is straightforward, and our team can easily update product details and monitor orders from the same dashboard we use for commissions and distributor management.

This has improved our workflow significantly because everything is managed in one system. Orders automatically connect with customer accounts and commission calculations, which reduces manual work and eliminates the need to sync data between separate platforms. Performance has been reliable, and the onboarding team clearly explained how to set up the store and configure taxes and shipping.

From a pricing and ROI perspective, this has been one of the biggest advantages. We avoided paying for a standalone eCommerce subscription and the technical overhead of maintaining two separate systems. There wasn’t much to dislike overall. The only point worth mentioning is that we initially weren’t aware that the platform includes a built-in shopping cart for small and mid-sized businesses, in addition to their enterprise eCommerce solution. We discovered this during our conversation with the sales team.
