INSZoom’s platform is slow, difficult to navigate, and clearly not keeping up with modern standards. On top of that, their “data migration” fees are astronomical, completely disproportionate to the actual value. They claim to provide basic client data, yet make it nearly impossible to access without paying an excessive fee. The service is not transparent, not user-friendly, and feels designed to extract money rather than genuinely support customers. For the cost we’ve paid, equivalent to months of software access, we could have had proper functioning alternatives. To make matters worse, their timeline to deliver requested data (four weeks!) is absurd. I cannot recommend INSZoom under any circumstances. This experience has been frustrating, costly, and unprofessional. **What problems is Mitratech INSZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mitratech INSZoom promises a lot but often underdelivers. The interface is clunky, outdated, and unintuitive, making simple tasks like exporting data or tracking cases unnecessarily painful. Automation is limited, reports are rigid, and accessing your own data can feel like pulling teeth—sometimes taking weeks for something that should be instantaneous. The cost is exorbitant for what you actually get, and support can be slow or unhelpful. In practice, it often creates more frustration than efficiency, highlighting gaps in functionality rather than solving real workflow problems ### 2. Intentionally opaque with a cavalier disregard for consumer intelligence. Avoid. **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025 **What do you like best about Mitratech INSZoom?** INSZoom has the features one may need to run their immigration law firm, but with serious caveats. **What do you dislike about Mitratech INSZoom?** Focusing on the product first, it works but the product is cumbersome, slow, and seriously lacking in UX/UI that would simplify and enhance the experience. There are other providers who can do what they do for way less of a headache and more affordable. My main complaints surround the pricing and the customer service experience. Sitting with our POC from INSZoom in different meetings, I have never felt such indignant condescension from someone who's paid to manage clients. It seriously felt as if we were simply inconveniencing this POC just by asking qualified questions. We are being told by INSZoom that they need to increase our rate 10% YoY to justify product enhancements that aren't even planned on their roadmap. This is happening in 3- and 5-year contracts, which is absolutely absurd. We asked our POC to ask if there was any flexibility but the POC tried to strongarm us (while reading a script) into making snap decisions on renewal. INSZoom is intentionally opaque and shows a cavalier disregard for consumer intelligence. This will be evidently clear in any conversation with them post-close. I have never had a conversation with a SaaS company that shows such disrespect as INSZoom does. Also, INSZoom's entire product, development, and support teams are based in India. You will have to deal with the timezone and cultural differences. Our firm has worked with INSZoom for some time and I absolutely had to come here to write a review because of how strongly I feel about our treatment and hope that this review will be salient in your own discovery. **What problems is Mitratech INSZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** They handle case management and tracking, etc. ### 3. In addition, there are many different ways to find the same tool/page, which makes navigating through it easy and efficient. **What do you dislike about Mitratech INSZoom?** The number of options can be overwhelming. Sometimes I am not sure where to find specific tools or pages. Another thing is that if you edit a form, it does not update the info in the profile, only the other way around. **What problems is Mitratech INSZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** INSZoom saves time because once the client fills out a questionnaire, all forms are populated equally, which means less work for the attorney. In combination, we can see everything that has been done for that client: e-mails sent, notes of consultation, etc.; therefore, no matter who takes the client over, that person will know exactly where the case was left off. ### 5. I find the prospect module really basic. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech INSZoom:** I like it over other immigration case management systems we have used in the past, including LawLogix and eImmigration Cerenade. Highly recommend over non-immigration based case management. We do all of the forms with INSZoom. We run monthly case status reports to check with our team's progress. We also use it to collect data about our clients with online questionnaires. ### 8.
