"Easy to use"
What do you like best?
I like that I am able to easily find various clients, companies and cases without too much hassle. It is easy to personalize to how you want everything titled. It automatically fills out some of the forms.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the information that is in company profiles doesn't automatically translate to the form to be filled out. For example, sometimes on certain ones, it will put the name of a state in a different box than its supposed to be in.

No problems, everything is easy to use and navigate.

No mobile optimization, load times can be slow, have to pay extra for outlook support.

It is easy to manage my caseload because I can prioritize by case type and deadline.
