Mitratech INSZoom Reviews & Product Details

INSZoom has significantly reduced both time and expense. It has streamlined our office process overall. For example, when completing an adjustment, it used to take about 15 hours; now it’s down to 5. Other applications that once took much longer are now ready within minutes. And to properly allocate staff to other duties Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As with any program, new users take a little time to adjust and get used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing, it's just a waist of money and time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’ve never experienced such an outdated, unresponsive, and dysfunctional system. INSZoom’s platform is slow, difficult to navigate, and clearly not keeping up with modern standards. On top of that, their “data migration” fees are astronomical, completely disproportionate to the actual value.

They claim to provide basic client data, yet make it nearly impossible to access without paying an excessive fee. The service is not transparent, not user-friendly, and feels designed to extract money rather than genuinely support customers.

For the cost we’ve paid, equivalent to months of software access, we could have had proper functioning alternatives. To make matters worse, their timeline to deliver requested data (four weeks!) is absurd.

I cannot recommend INSZoom under any circumstances. This experience has been frustrating, costly, and unprofessional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the petition templates in Mitratech INSZoom. They make tracking cases using the corresponding case steps very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ad-hoc reports in Mitratech INSZoom don't work as well for me. I need reports that track the billing cycle of cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

INSZoom has the features one may need to run their immigration law firm, but with serious caveats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Focusing on the product first, it works but the product is cumbersome, slow, and seriously lacking in UX/UI that would simplify and enhance the experience. There are other providers who can do what they do for way less of a headache and more affordable.

My main complaints surround the pricing and the customer service experience. Sitting with our POC from INSZoom in different meetings, I have never felt such indignant condescension from someone who's paid to manage clients. It seriously felt as if we were simply inconveniencing this POC just by asking qualified questions. We are being told by INSZoom that they need to increase our rate 10% YoY to justify product enhancements that aren't even planned on their roadmap. This is happening in 3- and 5-year contracts, which is absolutely absurd. We asked our POC to ask if there was any flexibility but the POC tried to strongarm us (while reading a script) into making snap decisions on renewal.

INSZoom is intentionally opaque and shows a cavalier disregard for consumer intelligence. This will be evidently clear in any conversation with them post-close. I have never had a conversation with a SaaS company that shows such disrespect as INSZoom does.

Also, INSZoom's entire product, development, and support teams are based in India. You will have to deal with the timezone and cultural differences.

Our firm has worked with INSZoom for some time and I absolutely had to come here to write a review because of how strongly I feel about our treatment and hope that this review will be salient in your own discovery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform has everything you need to handle immigration cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On the other hand, the platform is difficult to use, because of the outdated visualization and complex workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

INSZoom offers infinite possibilities and tools to make an attorney's life easier, including online filing for consular processing, which is a time saver since the CEAC website is always crashing when one's filling out the DS-160 or DS-260 online. In addition, there are many different ways to find the same tool/page, which makes navigating through it easy and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The number of options can be overwhelming. Sometimes I am not sure where to find specific tools or pages. Another thing is that if you edit a form, it does not update the info in the profile, only the other way around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it centralizes the updated immigration forms for more than 80 countries, plus this software also tracks and manages the cases from inception to completion and much more, I believe and consider it as one of the best if not the best software for immigration management globally. I don't really like its graphical interface that makes it not very intuitive and easy to use for the user, but I think it can be improved and optimized to fit much better and facilitate its usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User friendly interface. Easy to navigate around the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The document upload process could be a little better as sometimes I find it difficult to say whether something has been uploaded or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This case management is designed for immigration attorneys. Reminders built in for expirations. Visa availability checked through visa bulletin monthly. It works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like the format for Word documents and emails. It can be a bit clunky to customize. I find the prospect module really basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to use and stores all clients documents as well ask ability to make notes on cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it is down so it is slower than normal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
