InsuramateAi Reviews & Product Details

InsuraMate does the routine service work at an independent insurance agency. It answers the agency's existing phone number, on whatever hours the agency chooses including nights and weekends, issues standard certificates straight out of the agency management system, and sorts the service inbox. On a call it identifies the customer from the agency management system, pulls their policies, handles the routine requests, and hands anything needing a licensed person to the right member of the team with a summary and a link to the record. It does not quote, rate or bind. It answers a claim call, recognises it as a claim and routes it to a person, and it does not take claim details. Standard certificates are issued end to end, including commercial auto with VIN validation. Software checks every field against the policy in the agency management system before anything goes out. About 400 standard certificates have been issued to date, and not one went out with a field that did not match the policy in the agency management system. Every call and email is summarised and written back as a structured note with an audit trail, so nobody retypes anything. Answers come from the agency's own documents and procedures rather than a generic script, in 85 languages. Single tenant by design: one deployment per agency, field-level encryption, and customer data is never used to train shared models. AMS integrations, all live: Nexsure, AMS360, QQ Catalyst. CRM: Keap, AgencyZoom. Email and calendar: Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Alerts: Microsoft Teams. Using something else? We connect your agency management system as part of onboarding. Quoted for your agency. Our fee is never metered by the call or the minute.
