What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

I appreciate the fast response times from the sales director assigned to my organization- Shai Berliner. I can email him an update request, and he will have it implemented before the day is over. It is more customizable compared to other case management platforms. As a transitional housing organization, I like that we can combine our housing information within our client database. What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?

A big drawback is the lack of a View/Print option. Any time I want to review an application or a client’s notes and goals, I have to enter into Edit mode. As a result, we’re essentially unable to print anything from the software in a practical way. There is an option to Export the information into an Excel spreadsheet, but it only applies to applications, and you have to export all applications rather than just one individual’s. A solution would be to add an option to download or open the information in a PDF version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about InfoFlo Software is its integration and comprehensiveness. What I appreciate most about InfoFlo is its powerful organizational capabilities that put all of our data, emails, notes, and documents at our fingertips. It is a great tool to record all customer contact records. Infoflo also gives us the ability to create workflows, tasks and record all activities associated with our clients. What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

We love that any team member can see a complete customer history, including all emails and phone calls sent and received. We can track issues in the 'Opportunities' feature, and everyone can answer customer queries. It allows us to back each other up for absences or when another team member is tied up. What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

Infoflo allows a complete overview of contacts and stores all their information in one place at the touch of a button. It is very user-friendly and enables users to add custom fields to suit their company requirements. The ability to integrate the incoming phone calls through Infoflo talk is an excellent tool to record all customer contact records. Infoflo also has the facility to create workflows, tasks and record all activities associated with your customers. The customer support is excellent with Infoflo staff always contactable by email to offer support and set up regular training Customer service always try to facilitate any modifications requested by the company and through infoflo being flexible it allows certain features to be modified to suit individual companies needs. This CRM software is the exact solution I was looking for to keep track of my contacts. Their on-premise option was even more appealing to me because it had a one-time price with free updates. The platform is straightforward and relatively easy to navigate. This CRM option from Infoflo Solutions is perfect for those looking for a simple solution with opportunities to be a robust as you want it to be. You can have the sole on-premise option or use the online version, and you can use both versions can be used with multi-user options. Easy navigation and set up with the flexibility to fit all your needs. They also have an extensive library of information and videos for setup and its features.
