"Essential for Effortless Email Outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I use InboxKit for my email outreach and it's really proven very valuable for me. It's easy to use, which is great. The setup was quick and easy, and the warm-up feature was very helpful, making it safe for my emails to go out. Also, the integration with SmartLead is very valuable to me. What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

It could be a little easier to configure, but that's the nature of these things. I thought it was relatively simple and very effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Complete Email Infrastructure Provider"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

The whole setup is automated, so there's almost nothing to do manually. Inboxes were delivered fast and connected without any issues to my sequencer. Works with pretty much every tool in the cold email space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

Nothing comes to mind right now. Maybe more inbox provider options in the future would be nice, but that's just a wish, not a complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick and Efficient"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I was very satisfied with my experience with Inboxkit for purchasing inboxes on Google Workspace. Once the addresses were received, access to the admin is available with multi-factor authentication, which is very reassuring. The quality of customer service is good and I received my email addresses very quickly, which I particularly appreciate. I also like receiving emails that notify me of the delivery status of my inboxes, I find that very pleasant. The initial setup was very easy, I was able to log in, choose the plan that suited me, purchase the inboxes, and configure them without difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

I think that promising deliveries in 30 minutes when they arrive a few hours later is a bit disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Mailbox Management with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I like the customer support the most. Their support is very good and involved, with a dedicated representative who can even do biweekly calls if necessary. The platform itself is very optimized and streamlined for purchasing and spinning up inboxes, getting DNS settings propagated, and integrating into our sending platform quickly. It's a same-day experience with good deliverability. Everything can be done from start to finish in a few hours, unlike other vendors that might take one to two weeks. I'm just very happy with our experience so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

I dislike that I didn't find them sooner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Mailbox Management with Minor Glitches"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I use Inboxkit for managing mailboxes, including official Google and Microsoft mailboxes, and I like that it's quite easy to not just buy the inboxes, but also manage them, maintain inbox health, and connect to multiple sequences. I really liked the warm feature and the placement test. Being able to manage both Google Workspace and Microsoft mailboxes in one place makes life easier. It simplifies managing the mailbox infrastructure, especially for cold outreach with dozens of clients and multiple mailboxes. The setup time is significantly reduced, taking less than an hour now, sometimes even less than half an hour. I appreciate the intuitive dashboard that makes it easy to set up everything. The peace of mind knowing that Inboxkit provides official and compliant mailboxes with Google's policies is comforting as it ensures reliability and reduces risk for my clients. What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

I find the platform can sometimes glitch, especially when I'm trying to connect mailboxes to certain sequences. It sometimes gives an error, and that experience could be a bit better. I've noticed this particularly when I try to reconnect a mailbox after disconnecting it; sometimes it doesn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Email Deliverability with Inboxkit"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I use Inboxkit to manage email deliverability for my cold outreach campaigns. The biggest problem it solves for me is cold-start deliverability by warming up a new domain, which makes my job easier during live campaigns. What I like most is that it takes deliverability off my mental checklist entirely. It used to be manual and tiring, but now it's so easy with Inboxkit. Once it is setup, it's very low touch, and since I'm running outreach solo, I appreciate how it runs quietly in the background and just does its job. This allows me to focus more on messaging, targeting, and talking to prospects rather than worrying about infrastructure. Setting everything up was fairly straightforward, which mattered since I don't have a dedicated tech team and needed something I could get running on my own quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

A couple of things stand out. First, the warm-up timeline still requires patience; even with automation handling the heavy lifting, you can't rush domain reputation building. So there's a lead time cost every time I want to bring a new domain into rotation quickly. I'd love more visibility or control over accelerating that process for lower-risk cases. Lastly, since I run outreach solo without a dedicated tech stack, a bit more guidance or best practice nudges built into the product would help less experienced users avoid common deliverability mistakes rather than having to learn them the hard way. Providers offer specific insights, but breaking down deliverability by inbox provider would also help me understand where exactly issues are happening. Presets such as aggressive warm-up versus conservative warm-up for long-term domains would save time tweaking settings manually. Even simple in-app tips flagging you are about to send at a volume that risks reputation would help solo operators like me avoid mistakes before they happen rather than learning from a dip in deliverability after the fact. "Effortless Email Setup, Cost-Effective Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I love how Inboxkit makes purchasing and setting up email accounts so easy. It's really cheap and easy to use, which helps keep costs down even as we scale. The plug and play setup saves us a lot of time, especially since we are constantly onboarding new clients. The initial setup was very easy, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

Sometimes DNS propagation takes a bit longer than expected, and I wish the support chat was faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Email Management with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I love the auto reconnect feature of Inboxkit, as it’s a huge improvement over our previous vendor. The API is another standout because it helps me manage our operations efficiently, including setting up mailboxes, purchasing domains, and exporting to sequences. As an enterprise partner, the unlimited rate limits are a big plus. I also like seeing bounce codes, which helps us react to bounces immediately. Their app has a clean UI, and the MCP is top-notch—it takes me only about 5 minutes to set up hundreds of mailboxes per client, set up forwarding domains, and then export to the sequencer. The support via a Slack channel is impressive, with round-the-clock fast responses, which was lacking in our previous vendor. Lastly, after getting used to Inboxkit, it's miles ahead of Zapmail in terms of ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

It would be nice if they can just auto connect to my sequencer. thats the only thing i cant do via api atm. or maybe i just dont know how. so right now, after purchasing domains and setting up the mailbox, i have to go to the webapp to connect my sequencer (login via user and pass + api key), but its the same login for all workspaces. would be nice if they can just get my login data from other workspaces. "Automates Inbox Setup with Seamless API Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I really like the simplicity of the UI and the responsiveness of their customer support. Inboxkit also provides API access, which allows me to automate my workflow efficiently. By connecting the API key to Claude Code, I can add domains from providers like Porkbun or Spaceship, then set up inboxes and integrate directly into my sending software like Smart Lead. This automation significantly reduces the setup time from what used to be twelve hours over three days to just a few lines of code. Additionally, purchasing inboxes through Inboxkit is more cost-effective compared to buying directly from Google or Microsoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

Nothing really. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
