"Cost-Effective, Fast Setup, But Needs Better Name Generation"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I like Inboxkit's unbeatable price with Azure tenant and dedicated IP, even though it's Asian, it works fine for me. I appreciate the clean UI and the fast setup that makes it easy to get started. The automation features and the pricing are great. As a solopreneur, Inboxkit helps me save a lot of time and money, which is important because I am pretty busy managing my business. The setup was pretty fast, and the UI is smooth, allowing for an efficient experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

I think it's name generation, the name doesn't sound like real human or sounds very strange for me, have to upload my own CSV to fill in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Email Management with Ease"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I like the automatic categorization feature of Inboxkit. It groups incoming emails into folders such as news, status updates, and action items without me having to set up complex manual rules. This organization helps me address urgent requests from active clients first thing in the morning instead of scrolling through everything chronologically. Setting up Inboxkit was straightforward, and the system started organizing our messages within about ten minutes without any technical issues. The integration with Google Calendar is also beneficial as it lets me schedule tasks and follow-ups directly from my emails. Additionally, the search functionality is more accurate compared to the platform we used previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

The mobile synchronization can occasionally lag. Sometimes I read an email on my desktop, but it still shows as unread on my phone app for a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Inboxkit?

We started using InboxKit in February this year and so far it has been performing well as a complete email infrastructure solution in one place. The platform is reliable, efficient and makes handling email operations much simpler with its streamlined setup — from domain purchase to account setup — helping improve productivity and overall workflow. What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

We occasionally experience bugs, but they are usually resolved quickly with the help of their support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Complete Email Infrastructure Provider"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

The whole setup is automated, so there's almost nothing to do manually. Inboxes were delivered fast and connected without any issues to my sequencer. Works with pretty much every tool in the cold email space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

Nothing comes to mind right now. Maybe more inbox provider options in the future would be nice, but that's just a wish, not a complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick and Efficient"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I was very satisfied with my experience with Inboxkit for purchasing inboxes on Google Workspace. Once the addresses were received, access to the admin is available with multi-factor authentication, which is very reassuring. The quality of customer service is good and I received my email addresses very quickly, which I particularly appreciate. I also like receiving emails that notify me of the delivery status of my inboxes, I find that very pleasant. The initial setup was very easy, I was able to log in, choose the plan that suited me, purchase the inboxes, and configure them without difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

I think that promising deliveries in 30 minutes when they arrive a few hours later is a bit disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Mailbox Management with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I like the customer support the most. Their support is very good and involved, with a dedicated representative who can even do biweekly calls if necessary. The platform itself is very optimized and streamlined for purchasing and spinning up inboxes, getting DNS settings propagated, and integrating into our sending platform quickly. It's a same-day experience with good deliverability. Everything can be done from start to finish in a few hours, unlike other vendors that might take one to two weeks. I'm just very happy with our experience so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

I dislike that I didn't find them sooner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Email Management with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I love the auto reconnect feature of Inboxkit, as it’s a huge improvement over our previous vendor. The API is another standout because it helps me manage our operations efficiently, including setting up mailboxes, purchasing domains, and exporting to sequences. As an enterprise partner, the unlimited rate limits are a big plus. I also like seeing bounce codes, which helps us react to bounces immediately. Their app has a clean UI, and the MCP is top-notch—it takes me only about 5 minutes to set up hundreds of mailboxes per client, set up forwarding domains, and then export to the sequencer. The support via a Slack channel is impressive, with round-the-clock fast responses, which was lacking in our previous vendor. Lastly, after getting used to Inboxkit, it's miles ahead of Zapmail in terms of ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

It would be nice if they can just auto connect to my sequencer. thats the only thing i cant do via api atm. or maybe i just dont know how. so right now, after purchasing domains and setting up the mailbox, i have to go to the webapp to connect my sequencer (login via user and pass + api key), but its the same login for all workspaces. would be nice if they can just get my login data from other workspaces. "200 paid mailboxes failed renewal; fault admitted, refund unresolved"
0/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

The product concept is useful when it works: centralized mailbox infrastructure, mailbox scaling, and managing cold email mailboxes without manually handling every workspace/admin task. The appeal for us was being able to scale infrastructure faster and avoid doing every domain and mailbox step by hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

The biggest issue was reliability and accountability. We paid a $500 wallet top-up on April 23, 2026 for 200 additional mailboxes at $2.50 per mailbox. After waiting through the warm-up period, InboxKit's own app showed "200 Mailboxes Failed Renewal" across 60 domains with a "Recovery cost: $500.00 credits."

When we raised it, their team later acknowledged in writing that it was a failure on their end in both the renewal flow and support handling. Another email explained that some mailboxes were on a credit system, credits ran low, renewal did not go through, and no one flagged it in time.

Instead of resolving the refund request for the $500, they offered restoration, preferred pricing, a free month, and Slack/WhatsApp access. We had already lost trust in the platform because this broke our mailbox infrastructure, wasted about a month of warm-up time, and forced us to move to another vendor. After our formal refund request and chargeback notice, the thread was not resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Inbox Setup with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I use Inboxkit to set up inboxes for my outbound marketing agency. It handles a lot of things that would otherwise take me too much time to set up myself, like getting DNS records set up properly and connecting inboxes to my sequencer or sending tool. Their support helps fix problems as soon as possible if they arise. Recently I had DNS issues that caused problems in my sequencer, and Inboxkit quickly got to work, found the DNS issues, and resolved them. I really appreciate when companies like Inboxkit prioritize support. My business doesn't run without healthy inboxes, proper settings, and fixing issues quickly, so I need an inbox provider that can help me scale, and that starts with caring about providing excellent service and support. The initial setup was very easy to figure out and I had no issues. I came to Inboxkit because other agency owners who use it recommended it, and I would rate it a 10 out of 10 to recommend to a friend or colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

{"There was nothing in my InboxKit dashboard that showed anything wrong when I had my recent DNS issue.","I want InboxKit to flag issues as soon as possible. It may not have been something that InboxKit was aware of, but being able to flag issues as soon as possible is really important.","I don't want problems to only get found or fixed when I find them. I would rather know there is a problem immediately and work with the company to fix it.","I typically don't sign into InboxKit unless I'm setting up more inboxes or if I already suspect there is a problem, so I need proactive alerts.","I want a visible status dashboard, automated daily health checks/daily health overview, and maybe a weekly report by email that goes a little deeper."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Platform with Exceptional Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

Inboxkit has significantly improved our inbox placement and overall deliverability rates, helped by its warmup features and domain reputation tools. As a Google Cloud Partner, it provides reliable inboxes, an easy setup process, and a clean, intuitive dashboard. The support team is fast, technically knowledgeable, and uniquely proactive in suggesting how to fix inbox issues before they become real problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

Nothing majo, minor UI improvements, the platform could do with some more colour and the analytics suite could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
