I like that Impossible Cloud provides a cost-effective platform for backing up large quantities of data. The customer service is very professional, and having an account manager for my account is beneficial. I appreciate their keenness to troubleshoot issues and provide a bespoke service, which I value. Some parts of the UI are a little clunky, and it's not the most user friendly or nontechnical expertise friendly platform. Some features that I would expect to be present such as the ability to share at a folder level are not currently present. Although the service is providing its core functionality very well, I think it could be improved by building on that to allow for some more sharing for files.
