What do you like best about IgnitePOST?

What I like best about IgnitePOST is their willingness to listen and work through challenges with us. When we ran into issues, Cassie was immediately available to hear our concerns, help troubleshoot, and work toward solutions. What do you dislike about IgnitePOST?

Early on, communication could be delayed when mailers were being split into multiple batches and mailing dates changed. This sometimes made it difficult to understand timelines and set expectations. What do you like best about IgnitePOST?

Ease of use. It’s very easy to add our client list for campaigns and then create a personalized letter each month. It streamlines the whole process and helps ensure we can send our campaigns out without any delays. And our account manager - Cassie D has been instrumental to allow us quickly get our portal set up and running in no time. We could not have done the onboarding without her help. What do you like best about IgnitePOST?

I've really appreciated the fact that everyone I've interacted with at IgnitePOST has been extremely helpful and informative. They helped me set up our main campaign, which is to send a personal thank you card to customers who have spent over a certain dollar threshold with us, but I really love that I can send one-off cards to anyone I want that says anything I'd like it to say. It's been a great way for us to stay connected with great customers, and I really do believe that it leaves a great impression of our company with our customers - a touch that they aren't expecting at all and are unexpectedly delighted by. What do you dislike about IgnitePOST?

We put a separate phone number on our IgnitePOST cards so that if any customer calls us back directly from the card, we'll be aware, but I'm also very realistic that like any marketing, customer acquisition and retention is a culmination of various touchpoints. We aren't able to gauge the direct impact of the cards, but I very strongly believe that using IgnitePOST only helps customers remember us for the next time they need our services. What do you like best about IgnitePOST?

I really appreciate how IgnitePOST saves us a lot of time and effort, especially in real estate marketing. It's great that someone else handles our mailing, which makes the process much easier for us. Cassie Dunbar at IgnitePOST puts our mailers together efficiently, allowing us to focus on other important tasks. What do you like best about IgnitePOST?

What do you like best about IgnitePOST?

The staff (particularly Cassie) are all AMAZING and go well above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They are responsive and so kind. The software itself couldn't be easier to use and once you get used to the nuances of it, you're off to the races. We use it all the time and are so excited for all that's to come for our spring market, with this as a core part of our marketing strategy. What do you like best about IgnitePOST?

I really like that every customer gets a personalized thank you card after using our business. We were also able to customize the thank you package with additional magnet that stays with the customer once the cards are thrown away. We have enjoyed the customization and opportunity to create a better customer experience at the tail end. It's very easy to use and we have a great team handling our account. It was very easy to set up and once completed it just worked. We run approximately 3-600 cards a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciated the simplicity and ease of use of the platform—it made managing our campaign straightforward and efficient. What do you dislike about IgnitePOST?

The main area for improvement would be around reporting. It would be great to have more visibility into site traffic or engagement metrics directly within the platform to better understand the impact of each campaign.
