The amount of time this tool saves you and your business is unbelievable. In the beginning, it looks scary, and there are loads to learn, but once you get hung on it, it's like walking in the park and so much fun!

I have nothing to dislike. Support is just excellent as well. We also requested many feature requests to improve the tool, but if they get implemented at some point this year, then this tool will be THE BEST!

Hyperproof is helping us to control our Compliances accordingly and on time; instead of using a thousand spreadsheets, this automated tool helps not just assign responsibilities to people but also helps you to track them and all compliance changes that happen in the world.

Hyperproof allows us to manage all our risks in one central place and link them up with control programs to demonstrate how mitigation is applied. The control assessment feature also allows us to perform design and effectiveness tests on the controls and action plan tracking for any gaps/issues.

Some functionality seen in other products is currently missing, and the analytics and reporting side is a feature that needs further expansion. However, the Hyperproof team are highly engaging and keen to enhance the product to meet customer expectations.

We get a central view of the risks across the business and the ability to manage proof for the key controls operating in critical processes. This is a huge benefit when providing audit responses and information requests from our regulators.

Working inside the Hyperproof tool on a daily basis, helps organize all our Compliance information into one spot. It is easy to use and collaborate across multiple Teams. No longer are we using multiple excel files, Google sheets, emails and slacks to track down information. Everything lives in Hyperproof - for easy retrieval.

Our entire team uses Hyperproof to organize and more efficiently manage our audit programs. With one simple to use repository we are able to leverage information across compliance areas and easily have everything we need, tracked and detailed reporting at our fingertips. We are also using Hyperproof for more efficient evidence gathering across our organization as well as applying automation to the entire end-2-end compliance process.

HyperProof comes out of the box with an intuitive interface and several reference security frameworks commonly used in the industry. As a team of one tasked with building out a risk management framework from the ground up, HyperProof saved me time and effort in streamlining the process of managing risks and controls and mapping to a relevant framework that senior leaders are familiar with. In addition, HyperProof also offers functionality to automate evidence collection for documented controls, which will significantly reduce the burden on business users over time. Throughout onboarding, our implementation specialist and CSM always made themselves available to help answer questions and concerns as they came up.

As a newer organization HyperProof does not yet have integrations for all technology platforms leveraged at our company. However, the team at HyperProof has been extremely open to feedback and suggestions for future enhancements to meet our needs.

Documenting Risks/Controls, Executing Risk Assessments, Control Testing and Evidence Gathering, Issue Management, Maturity Assessments

The support and implementation process is beneficial and assists with streamlining the process. This is very helpful when making decisions on how to implement. Very intuitive.

There are many ways to deploy the system, but with hands-on support and access to a sandbox, this can be quickly solved.

Hyperproof is being utilized as our GRC tool to streamline the processes for multiple types of programs. The goal is to automate these processes, which will allow the team to be more effective & efficient.

Our organization has recently partnered with HyperProof as an MSP for Continuous Compliance Automation. Lynn and the team have been great to work with to ensure our organization is set up for success by providing customized training for our admins and users of the solution.

We are still in the early phase of rolling out to our customer base. I have not come across any negatives in the product. For any questions or issues that have come up, their online support documentation has been beneficial, and we can reach out to our Customer Success Manager who has been extremely helpful.

Hyperproof is helping us move from point-in-time compliance assessments to a continuous compliance model that helps the overall security posture of our clients. The days of a 2-month scramble for evidence during an assessment period are over!
