The clear and concise interface to leverage single captures evidence (proof) against multiple frameworks. The workflow is excellent. While a large library automation are available - working with real-world manually collected evidence is well built.

During the very well-planned and executed POC, it was clear that Hyperproof is a Product compliance platform built for Product compliance efforts. Most other solutions we assessed grew from a Corporate finance compliance platform background. Product and Corporate compliance efforts are very different, and Hyperproof recognizes that. <br><br>The "Teams" functionality enables us to track variations in implementing controls for different products in our portfolio, while aligning the various with the same master control of the associated framework. If we normalize the implementation of a control in the future, we can easily remove the variation and fold that product into the master control's evidence.<br><br>The ability to "Jumpstart" a new compliance framework from existing frameworks, linking the control evidence between the two programs, has been an enormous time saver for us. Love this feature!<br><br>Lastly, the live guided help feature is great. The system will prompt you and walk you through a help topic, where you are completing the task while it explains how to do it.

We are about six months into using Hyperproof, and I do not have any complaints so far. The platform has delivered on all promises made during the Sales cycle. I highly recommend Hyperproof to an organization looking to introduce efficiency and automation in their Product compliance program.

It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The dashboard is very helpful for a quick look and check your company's compliance status. The features are good. Hyperproof is continuously improving and they do updates regulary. Workshops are good especially if they have new features coming in. Hyperproof support is awesome, you'll get a swift response if you have a concern and provide a temporary solution while checking at your concern. They will update if there's any development.

Our company has been using Hyperproof for over three years now, and it has really changed the way we manage our compliance. It makes my job much easier. Hyperproof listen to their customers' feedback, which I believe is why Hyperproof has improved their product so significantly. New features have been added since we started using Hyperproof.

Hyperproof's HyperSync is also a valuable feature. Its integration with Azure, SharePoint, and OneDrive enables swift and seamless data collection. There is no need to manually upload evidence or documents, as the system can automatically retrieve and sync the required data.

So far I have a good experience, there are some issues but attended immediately.

Management of regulatory compliance or frameworks. It is easy to manage and track compliance, saves you a lot of time. The Audit module significantly streamlines the process of collecting evidence, saving you valuable time and effort. By automating and centralizing evidence collection, it eliminates the need for constant back-and-forth emails and reminders to owners. Instead of manually chasing down submissions, the module provides a structured platform where evidence can be uploaded and tracked seamlessly. This reduces administrative overhead, minimizes delays, and ensures that all required documentation is gathered efficiently and in a timely manner. Overall, it enhances productivity and ensures a smoother, more organized audit process.

I evaluated several tools that were designed to help manage compliance, but most of them focused on getting through an audit fast rather than managing controls in a compliance program. Hyperproof allows me to manage controls on a continuous basis and then, when the time comes, respond to audit requests quickly and easily.

Some things aren't intuitive. While you can communicate with people through Hyperproof, it's not always clear where to find people's comments or that they can easily find comments that you make. It's been hard to get people to communicate in HP because comments aren't highlighted.

I needed an easy way to know what controls were in place and how they were functioning. I also didn't want my SOC2 audit evidence gathering to drag on for months. With Hyperproof, I could take a programmatic approach to control management and get through an audit quickly and easily. Because they have audit partners who use the tool, I didn't have to manage evidence in g-drive and in an auditor's tool. I could just give the auditor access.

Hyperproof has the features I need, implemented in a way that works well with my workflows for implementing and managing an Information Security program with my clients. The tool stays out of my way, which makes things much easier day to day.

Assigning permissions for users on different objects in the system can be a little tricky and non-intuitive. Page loads can be a little slow when navigating around the UI.

Hyperproof helps me to help my clients build more strategic Information Security programs in a way that allows control owners to get involved and take an active part in maintaining their portions of the security program. The platform also helps to streamline SOC2 preparation and audit processes.

Not only this, moreover the search capability with ease, also make Hyperproof distinct.<br><br>We are also using Hyperproof for our third party risk management and it just make life so much easier with multiple things in the same tool.

I would like to see more out of box integrations with Sharepoint that would make this tool even more amazing.

WE are using hyperproof for our NIST compliance as well as for other security compliance like SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.

I liked the different ways you can set up audits and programs. You can import controls and requirements via a CSV which saves you time and energy. The customer service is amazing and stellar and their workshops around the features are super informative.

There were some minor bugs that the team at Hyperproof was able to sort out very swiftly.

It's allowing us to track and manage our Security compliance as well as run audits and collect evidence within the tool itself. Its an amazing all in one solution.

Hyperproof's UI stood out the most against competitors when looking at similar products. Where we found other UIs clunky or inefficient, Hyperproof's was aesthetically pleasing and incredibly easy to navigate. Additionally, Hyperproof's existing integrations complimented our existing tech stack the most amongst their competitors.

Although I would say that nothing is lacking about Hyperproof's solution, there are times in which the tool feels a bit buggy when in use (e.g., lagging, failure to update fields with drop-down selection). I don't experience these issues often, but it can be slightly frustrating when it does occur.

We brought Hyperproof in earlier this year after deciding that our organization could benefit from the tool late last year. Since the start of this year, we have been able to centralize our security compliance and risk management functions within a single tool. We have also identified existing gaps within our program and clarified ownership of those gaps.
