HycosAI Reviews & Provider Details

HycosAI is the real-time profit governance platform for ecommerce. We help mid-market Shopify Plus merchants protect net margin at the moment every order is placed, not weeks later when finance teams find the leak in the quarterly review. Most ecommerce brands lose meaningful margin to issues their analytics stack cannot catch in real time. Dimensional weight surcharges from carriers. De minimis threshold exposure on cross-border orders. Return fraud loops. Subscription decay. FX swings on multi-currency carts. B2B contract pricing collisions. ESG offset programs that drain contribution margin invisibly. Shopify Scripts logic that breaks after the June 30, 2026 deprecation deadline. None of these show up cleanly on a profit and loss statement until the damage has already compounded across thousands of orders. HycosAI sits between the storefront and the financial system. We monitor every cart, order, and post-purchase event against the merchant's real cost structure inside Oracle NetSuite. When a transaction would erode contribution margin past a defined threshold, HycosAI intercepts it. The merchant defines the rules. The platform learns from every decision and surfaces patterns finance teams could not otherwise see. Eight built-in profit scenarios are live on day one. Dimensional weight intercepts. De minimis governance. Return fraud detection. Subscription margin protection. Multi-currency FX governance. ESG offset cost controls. B2B contract collision detection. Shopify Scripts to Shopify Functions migration ahead of the June 2026 cutoff. HycosAI is built for ecommerce CFOs, finance operations leaders, and revenue operations teams at mid-market Shopify Plus brands. We are particularly relevant for merchants running Oracle NetSuite as their financial system of record and for brands operating multi-region or cross-border at meaningful scale. The founding team built Ravello Systems, acquired by Oracle in February 2016. Herzel Mishel, Udi Razmovich, and Igor Itkin spent the last decade running enterprise infrastructure for the world's most demanding financial workloads. HycosAI applies that same intercept-and-govern discipline to ecommerce profitability, the way fraud governance and inventory governance already work today.
