Hootsuite has been amazing for streamlining our social media across all of our channels allowing me to schedule well in advance. The AI has been a great addition with to and verbiage when needed. I dislike the fact that you have to upgrade your account significantly to get certain reports in Hootsuite. We are a small nonprofit hospital that only has 2 employees in their marketing and community awareness department so it isn't cost effect to upgrade even though having some of the extra reports for our small organization would be beneficial.
