What I love most is the speed, confidence, and better outcomes. There’s really nothing I don’t like about HireBoost. If I had one suggestion, it would be to streamline the number of playbooks to make it even easier. HireBoost is helping us close the gap between transactional recruiting and true talent advisory. We brought Jodi in to level up our recruiters’ skills and confidence—so they can lead conversations, partner strategically with hiring managers, and deliver real value beyond filling reqs.

The training is strengthening core competencies like intake strategy, candidate influence, and data-backed decision-making. As a result, our recruiters are showing up more confident, more consistent, and more effective—running better intakes, setting clearer expectations, and building stronger hiring manager relationships.

"HireBoost Keeps Recruiters in the Driver’s Seat with Comprehensive Insights"

What do you like best about HireBoost?

I like that HireBoost provides a comprehensive amount of information when I use it. It puts recruiters in a better position to be a true resource throughout the process, rather than having to ask for and learn key details from the hiring managers we support. That shift in position also lets us tell, not just ask, in other parts of the recruitment process, and it helps keep the recruiter in the driver’s seat for more of the conversation. What do you dislike about HireBoost?

I haven't used it too much yet, but my fear is there maybe too much information for a recruiter to process causing people to want to opt out of using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HireBoost allows our team to do the research and build a recruitment strategy across a wide variety of industries. While each recruiter may carry a typical volume, because we support the City and County of Denver, every agency has a range of positions with different skill sets and different needs.
